【摘要】：隨著房地產行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,房產交易量與日俱增。上海運杰置業(yè)公司的業(yè)務也急劇增加,傳統(tǒng)辦公手段已經跟不上公司發(fā)展的腳步。急需要一個適合運杰公司的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)來替代現(xiàn)階段公司主要以人工和紙質為主的辦公方式,本系統(tǒng)正是在這樣一個背景下進行開發(fā)和設計的。本文是在B/S模式下,利用ASP.NET平臺來設計和實現(xiàn)的。數(shù)據(jù)庫選用的是SQLSever2005,開發(fā)工具使用的是Visual Studio 2008。論文首先對課題背景進行了闡述,接著對開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的相關技術如.NET技術進行了介紹,接著利用UML對系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析和系統(tǒng)設計,再對系統(tǒng)進行了實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)了如下幾個主要的功能模塊:個人工作管理模塊、人事管理模塊、公文管理模塊、交易管理模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、信息提示模塊。最后經測試系統(tǒng)運行時達到了預期的效果。系統(tǒng)的各個子模塊的功能相互協(xié)調基本適應了運杰房地產公司網絡辦公的初步需要。目前該系己經投入運用,實踐證明了該辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的應用,在很大程度上提高了行政辦公的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the real estate industry, the volume of real estate transactions is increasing day by day, and the business of Shanghai Yunjie Real Estate Company has also increased sharply. The traditional office means can not keep up with the pace of the company's development. It is urgent to need a suitable office automation system to replace the current company mainly based on manual and paper office. This system is under such a background to develop and design. This paper is in the B / S mode. Using ASP.NET platform to design and implement. The database is SQLSever2005. Visual Studio 2008 is used as the development tool. Firstly, the background of the project is described, and then the related technologies of the development system such as. Net technology are introduced. Then the system needs analysis and system design using UML, and then the system is implemented. The system mainly realizes the following main functional modules: personal work management module, personnel management module. Document management module, transaction management module, system management module. The function of each sub-module of the system is coordinated with each other basically to meet the initial needs of Yunjie real estate company network office. At present, the system has been put into the project. Into use. The practice proves that the application of this office automation system improves the efficiency of administrative office to a great extent.
