【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷發(fā)展,房地產(chǎn)的不斷發(fā)展擴大,越來越多的商品房被建造出售,房地產(chǎn)事業(yè)不斷的蓬勃發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)跟不上需求。文章將傳統(tǒng)的房產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)與移動互聯(lián)相結合,基于Android系統(tǒng)進行APP開發(fā)。運用先進的信息技術收集查閱信息,跨平臺整合信息,經(jīng)過智能運算處理后,推薦給用戶選擇,記錄下用戶的選擇信息,用于下次運算,后期給用戶推送最優(yōu)房源信息,方便客戶找到合乎自己心意的商品房。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, the development of real estate expansion, selling more and more housing is built, the real estate industry vigorous development, the traditional website system has not complied with the requirements. The interconnection of the traditional real estate information system with the combination of mobile Android system based on APP, the use of advanced development. The information technology to collect information, cross platform integration of information, through the intelligent processing, recommended for users to choose, choose the user information records, for the next operation, late to the user to push the optimal availability of information, the convenience of customers with their own mind to find housing.
