【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化逐步發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨越來越多的挑戰(zhàn),也因此認(rèn)識到只有保持學(xué)習(xí)能力,才能保持其競爭優(yōu)勢。培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)被視為21世紀(jì)企業(yè)提高核心競爭力的最主要手段。為了使培訓(xùn)發(fā)揮其效果,我們應(yīng)該建立一套適應(yīng)于公司企業(yè)文化和實(shí)際情況的培訓(xùn)體系。 深圳M裝飾公司借助國家節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的實(shí)施以及房地產(chǎn)市場的健康發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢迅猛發(fā)展。隨著企業(yè)競爭的加劇其成本優(yōu)勢和市場領(lǐng)先地位面臨著嚴(yán)峻的競爭挑戰(zhàn)。隨著公司的迅猛發(fā)展人力資源已經(jīng)成為制約公司發(fā)展的瓶頸。因?yàn)樯鐣衅傅娜瞬烹y滿足其自身的需求,而校園招聘的人才培養(yǎng)周期較長,所以培訓(xùn)成為了解決人才瓶頸的重要途徑。深圳M裝飾公司雖然一直都比較重視培訓(xùn),但是目前培訓(xùn)缺乏系統(tǒng)性和相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)理論的指導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)工作陷入了一些誤區(qū),致使培訓(xùn)效果不佳。運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論,結(jié)合深圳M裝飾公司的實(shí)際情況,建立一套適應(yīng)深圳M裝飾公司的培訓(xùn)體系,對深圳M裝飾公司在激烈的市場環(huán)境中生存和發(fā)展具有重要的意義。 本文首先通過對培訓(xùn)體系的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理,以此作為理論依據(jù)。再有對深圳M裝飾公司的人力資源和培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出建立起培訓(xùn)體系的必要性。根據(jù)深圳M裝飾公司的實(shí)際情況從培訓(xùn)制度、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施和課程體系三個方面來構(gòu)建深圳M裝飾公司的培訓(xùn)體系。為了保障深圳M裝飾公司的培訓(xùn)體系的正常實(shí)施,提出了相關(guān)的保障措施,對實(shí)施后的效果進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。圖28幅,表19個,參考文獻(xiàn)62篇。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more challenges, and therefore realize that only to maintain learning ability. In 21th century, training has been regarded as the most important means for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. We should establish a training system adapted to the company's corporate culture and reality. With the help of the implementation of the national energy conservation and environmental protection industry policy and the healthy development of the real estate market, Shenzhen M decoration company has developed rapidly. With the aggravation of enterprise competition, its cost advantage and market leading position are facing severe. Competition challenges. With the rapid development of human resources has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the company, because the social recruitment of talent is difficult to meet their own needs. The campus recruitment of talent training cycle is longer, so training has become an important way to solve the talent bottleneck. Although Shenzhen M decoration company has been paying more attention to training. However, the current lack of systematic training and the corresponding training theory guidance, leading to the training work into some mistakes, resulting in poor training results.
