【摘要】：中國(guó)人口的不斷增加和國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了各個(gè)省市房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,目前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)格局中的中流砥柱。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)在它快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,也逐漸暴露出了房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的不足之處,比如企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制方面存在缺陷,而正是這些不足給房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn),房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)及早認(rèn)識(shí)到這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),采取防范措,以保障房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)可以安全的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of population and the rapid development of national economy, the development of real estate enterprises in various provinces and cities has been promoted. At present, the real estate industry has developed into the mainstay of the economic pattern of our country. In the process of its rapid development, the real estate industry has gradually exposed the deficiencies of the real estate enterprises. For example, there are defects in the internal control of enterprises, and it is these deficiencies that bring risks to the development of real estate enterprises.
