【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放進(jìn)程的不斷深入以及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)步伐的穩(wěn)步邁進(jìn),逐漸帶動了我國建筑房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展,技術(shù)進(jìn)步、施工安全要求以及居民生活水平不斷提高,對于施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險的控制管理提出了更高的要求,例如2016年深圳市引入建筑工程重大風(fēng)險源分級管理機(jī)制等。在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷完善,質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制是整個建筑項(xiàng)目的核心,而其中施工質(zhì)量在整個建筑項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制體系中占據(jù)核心地位,為此本文針對施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制進(jìn)行研究,對于建筑項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的保障具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目——CL盛世榴園項(xiàng)目為例,針對施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險進(jìn)行研究,主要采取文獻(xiàn)分析法總結(jié)了當(dāng)前施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;闡述了施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險的理論基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)分析了A建筑公司的現(xiàn)狀;以盛世榴園項(xiàng)目為例,采取AHP層次分析法、核對表法、360度反饋考核法等研究方法,構(gòu)建了A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險體系;基于施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險評價體系,從加強(qiáng)施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險主要影響因素、關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)控制以及加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管與預(yù)警措施進(jìn)行細(xì)化與完善,從整體上提高A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制的水平,保障建筑施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量安全。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)結(jié)合4M1E理論以及PEST分析方法,從人員、材料、設(shè)備、技術(shù)以及外部環(huán)境層面對A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了定性分析;(2)以盛世榴園項(xiàng)目為例,從風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評價、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對以及風(fēng)險預(yù)警四個層面構(gòu)建了A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制體系;(3)基于施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險評價體系,針對當(dāng)前A建筑公司施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制現(xiàn)狀提出了防控對策。
[Abstract]:With the steadily deepening process of China's reform and opening up, the pace of the construction of national economy, gradually promote the prosperity and development, China's construction of the real estate industry technological progress, construction safety requirements and constantly improve the living standards of residents, to control the quality of construction project risk management has put forward higher requirements, such as the introduction of Shenzhen city in 2016 the major risk source construction project classification management mechanism. In the new normal economy, constantly improve the standard of construction project quality risk, quality risk control is the core of the whole construction project, the construction quality in the whole system of quality control in construction project occupies the core position, this paper aiming at the construction project quality risk control research, practical significance to guarantee the quality of construction projects. Based on the construction project of A construction company -- CL Sheng Liu Yuan project For example, to study the quality risk of construction project, mainly adopts literature analysis method to summarize the current research situation of construction project quality risk at home and abroad; describes the theoretical basis of quality risk of construction project, a detailed analysis of the present situation of A construction company; prosperity to Liu Yuan project as an example, adopting the analysis method of AHP, check list method study on the assessment method, 360 degree feedback, construction quality risk system of construction project of A construction company; construction project quality risk evaluation system based on the main influence from strengthening the construction project quality risk factors, the key link control and strengthen supervision and early warning measures to refine and perfect, improve the overall quality of the construction project of A construction company the level of risk control, guarantee the quality and safety of construction projects. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) according to 4M1E theory and PEST analysis method, from the personnel, material The material, equipment, technology and external environment in the construction project of A construction company quality risk control status of qualitative analysis; (2) to Sheng Liu Yuan project as an example, from risk identification, risk evaluation, risk response and risk early warning system to build four levels of quality risk control of the construction project of A construction company; (3) the construction project quality risk evaluation system based on the current construction project of A construction company quality risk control situation puts forward prevention and control countermeasures.
