FQ縣電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)在世界范圍內(nèi)的蓬勃發(fā)展,其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要性日益凸顯,并開(kāi)始成為推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑。當(dāng)前,在電子商務(wù)展現(xiàn)出巨大生命力和帶動(dòng)力的背景下,我國(guó)各地政府紛紛實(shí)施推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的各項(xiàng)舉措,努力開(kāi)創(chuàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新局面。2015年,FQ縣成為首批全國(guó)電子商務(wù)進(jìn)農(nóng)村綜合示范縣,也是XX市唯一一個(gè)示范縣,承擔(dān)起為全市農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展探索道路的重任。FQ縣電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園采取“政府引導(dǎo),財(cái)政支持,企業(yè)自營(yíng),市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作”的發(fā)展模式,以人才培訓(xùn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化、產(chǎn)品展示、物流配送、金融服務(wù)等依托,走綜合性、規(guī)范化、規(guī);陌l(fā)展道路。由于FQ縣電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園仍處于初級(jí)建設(shè)階段,規(guī)劃布局不合理、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善、電商人才的匱乏、與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的融合發(fā)展不足等問(wèn)題日益凸顯。因此,探索縣域電商發(fā)展新模式,明確園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、任務(wù)和方向,制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略就顯得十分必要。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)于戰(zhàn)略管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行了梳理和理論分析,夯實(shí)研究基礎(chǔ);其次,從外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)態(tài)勢(shì)以及園區(qū)內(nèi)部環(huán)境三個(gè)方面對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,指出其發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;最后,確定戰(zhàn)略制定的指導(dǎo)思想、原則和目標(biāo),并制定FQ縣電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)現(xiàn)FQ縣電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of E-commerce in the world, the importance of E-commerce to economic development and social progress is becoming more and more prominent, and it has become an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, under the background of e-commerce showing great vitality and driving force, governments all over China have implemented various measures to promote the development of e-commerce and made great efforts to create a new situation for economic development. FQ County became the first national e-commerce into the rural integrated demonstration counties, but also the only demonstration county in XX City, taking on the important task of exploring the road for the development of rural e-commerce in the whole city. FQ County E-commerce Industry Park adopted the "government guidance, financial support," Enterprise self-management, market operation "development model, with talent training, industry incubation, product display, logistics and distribution, financial services, such as relying on a comprehensive, standardized, large-scale development path." As the e-commerce industrial park in FQ County is still in the primary stage of construction, the planning layout is unreasonable, the infrastructure construction is not perfect, the e-commerce talents are scarce, and the integration and development of traditional industries are becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, it is very necessary to explore the new mode of county e-commerce development, to make clear the goal, task and direction of the strategic development of the park economy, and to formulate the development strategy. Firstly, this paper combs and theoretically analyzes the literature research on strategic management, industrial cluster and e-commerce industrial park at home and abroad, and lays a solid foundation for the research. Secondly, the status quo of industrial park is analyzed from three aspects: external macro environment, industry situation and internal environment, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in its development are pointed out. Finally, the guiding ideology, principles and objectives of the strategy formulation are determined, and the development strategy of the e-commerce industrial park in FQ county is formulated to realize the sustainable development of the e-commerce industrial park in FQ county.
