【摘要】：隨著電子商務(wù)和快遞行業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的快速發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)對(duì)快件分揀效率和準(zhǔn)確度的要求愈來愈高。目前我國(guó)多數(shù)快遞公司的快件分揀系統(tǒng)已實(shí)現(xiàn)部分自動(dòng)化,但是分揀信息的懫集仍然需要人工操作,使用手持激光掃描器識(shí)別讀取條碼地址信息,再根據(jù)地址信息控制分揀機(jī)完成快件分類。這種人工采集的方法對(duì)于日益劇增的快件量無法做到長(zhǎng)久高效的處理,特別是電商促銷導(dǎo)致快件爆倉(cāng)時(shí),暴力分揀的事件頻繁發(fā)生。為了提高快遞分揀系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化程度,設(shè)計(jì)了快件圖像采集平臺(tái),通過圖像處理的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)快件地址信息的自動(dòng)識(shí)別獲取。針對(duì)采集圖像中存在條碼區(qū)域角度傾斜和幾何失真的問題,首先通過傾斜校正和透視變換進(jìn)行圖像復(fù)原,再根據(jù)條碼的幾何特征和單方向紋理特征,通過形態(tài)學(xué)、矩形輪廓擬合和最大矩形分割等圖像處理操作,有效地從快件圖像信息背景中定位分割出條碼區(qū)域。最后根據(jù)條碼的編碼原理,采用計(jì)算條空寬度的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)譯碼,得到條碼數(shù)字信息,并與快遞查詢網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行交互,獲取快件地址信息�；趫D像處理和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的方法識(shí)別快件地址信息,采集大量快件圖像進(jìn)行相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,該方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了快件圖像上任意角度條碼的提取、譯碼和地址識(shí)別,識(shí)別成功率較高,為實(shí)現(xiàn)快件分揀系統(tǒng)的全自動(dòng)化提供了一種有效的方法,具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce and express delivery industry at home and abroad, the market demands higher efficiency and accuracy of express sorting. At present, most express delivery companies in our country have partially automated their express sorting systems, but the collection of sorting information still needs to be manually operated, and handheld laser scanners are used to recognize and read barcode address information. Then according to the address information control sorting machine to complete the express classification. This method of manual collection can not deal with the increasing quantity of express items for a long time and efficiently, especially when the sales promotion results in the shipment exploding, violent sorting occurs frequently. In order to improve the automation of express sorting system, a express image acquisition platform is designed, which realizes the automatic identification and acquisition of express address information by image processing. In order to solve the problem of angle tilt and geometric distortion in the bar code region, the image is restored by skew correction and perspective transformation. Then, according to the geometric features and unidirectional texture features of the bar code, morphology is adopted. Image processing operations such as rectangle contour fitting and maximum rectangle segmentation can effectively locate and segment bar code area from the background of express image information. Finally, according to the coding principle of bar code, the method of calculating the width of bar space is used to decode the bar code digital information, and interacts with express delivery query website to obtain express address information. Based on the method of image processing and network communication, the express address information is identified, and a large number of express images are collected for related experiments. The results show that this method can extract, decode and recognize the bar code of any angle on the express image, and has a high success rate of recognition. It provides an effective method for realizing the full automation of the express sorting system. It has certain practical application value.
