【摘要】：本文首先從交易、貿(mào)易和產(chǎn)業(yè)三個(gè)維度對(duì)跨境電商內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了剖析,接著從貿(mào)易環(huán)境、支付體系、電子通關(guān)、跨境物流、信用體系五個(gè)方面分析比較各國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和運(yùn)用多種平臺(tái)、建立資金服務(wù)平臺(tái)和對(duì)第三方支付平臺(tái)進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,及建立政策服務(wù)平臺(tái)和國(guó)際性大物流平臺(tái)以促進(jìn)我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the connotation of cross-border e-commerce from the three dimensions of transaction, trade and industry, and then from the trade environment, payment system, electronic customs clearance, cross-border logistics, Five aspects of credit system analysis and comparison of cross-border e-commerce development experience of countries, proposed to establish a database and use of multiple platforms, establish a fund service platform and third party payment platform supervision, And the establishment of policy service platform and international logistics platform to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in China.
