基于跨境電商的中小企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越廣泛,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的跨境電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)也從剛開(kāi)始的星星之火逐漸燎燃。在我國(guó)當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的外貿(mào)形勢(shì)下,跨境電子商務(wù)的出現(xiàn)給我國(guó)的中小企業(yè)開(kāi)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇,跨境電商打破了先前傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易成本高、利潤(rùn)低、訂單周期長(zhǎng)、商家與客戶信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)的局限,極大程度地提升了各國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的便利性,跨境電商在擴(kuò)大品牌知名度、擴(kuò)大國(guó)際市場(chǎng)份額等方面對(duì)我國(guó)的中小企業(yè)都有很大的影響,而這些因素都直接或間接的影響著中小企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)之下來(lái)研究中小企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合跨境電商的影響。首先,本文闡述了論文的研究背景和意義并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究做了分析總結(jié),對(duì)于本文中涉及到的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)做了詳細(xì)的介紹。其次,從發(fā)展規(guī)模、貿(mào)易環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境等多個(gè)方面綜合分析了中小企業(yè)應(yīng)用跨境電商的現(xiàn)狀。最后通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式(電話或者電子郵件)調(diào)查了75家中小企業(yè)獲取所需數(shù)據(jù),歷年學(xué)者將電子商務(wù)影響中小企業(yè)的因素歸結(jié)為客戶、信息、技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)略、信譽(yù)等,本文再結(jié)合跨境電商的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)SPSS因子分析法對(duì)各省市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定量分析與評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)分析出的結(jié)果找出中小企業(yè)發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù)的主要影響因素,提出中小企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力如何實(shí)現(xiàn)提升的有益意見(jiàn)、具有一定的研究意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the application of Internet is becoming more and more extensive. In the current severe foreign trade situation of our country, the emergence of cross-border electronic commerce brings new opportunities for the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country to carry out international trade. Cross-border e-commerce breaks the traditional trade cost, low profit, long order period, the traditional trade cost is high, the profit is low, and the order period is long. The limitations of asymmetric information between businesses and customers greatly enhance the convenience of international trade in various countries. Cross-border e-commerce has a great impact on small and medium-sized enterprises in China in expanding brand awareness and expanding international market share. These factors are directly or indirectly affecting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in the current situation to study the competitiveness of SMEs should be combined with the impact of cross-border e-commerce. First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance of the paper, and domestic and foreign related fields of research have been analyzed and summarized, the related concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper have been introduced in detail. Secondly, the paper analyzes the status quo of the application of cross-border e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of development scale, trade environment, policy environment and so on. In the end, 75 SMEs were surveyed by questionnaire (telephone or email) to obtain the required data. Scholars over the years attributed the factors affecting SMEs to customer, information, technology, strategy, reputation, etc. Combined with the characteristics of cross-border ecommerce, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the competitiveness of provinces and cities, and makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of various provinces and cities by SPSS factor analysis. According to the results of the analysis, it is of great significance to find out the main factors influencing the development of cross-border electronic commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises, and to put forward some useful suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.
