【摘要】：搶購(gòu)流程的可用性問(wèn)題是用戶使用過(guò)程中情感變化的觸發(fā)點(diǎn),以第三方的視角,從情感體驗(yàn)出發(fā),分析情感變化與可用性的關(guān)系構(gòu)建可用性評(píng)估模型,找出可用性問(wèn)題,為技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)人員優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)流程設(shè)計(jì)提供建議。本文首先闡述了情感體驗(yàn)的基本概念,找出用戶情感的來(lái)源以及用戶在搶購(gòu)過(guò)程中情感變化的觸發(fā)點(diǎn),利用感性工學(xué)里的語(yǔ)義差別法構(gòu)建情感體驗(yàn)的評(píng)估測(cè)量表,利用情感測(cè)量表測(cè)試出的情感與用戶初始情感的差值計(jì)算出由搶購(gòu)的可用性問(wèn)題引起的情感變化;然后,從用戶的需求、認(rèn)知和交互三個(gè)方面解析了搶購(gòu)流程的可用性評(píng)估指標(biāo)的確立方法,通過(guò)對(duì)電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站搶購(gòu)流程的可用性測(cè)試以及測(cè)試后數(shù)值分析,完成了情感體驗(yàn)與可用性的線性回歸模型。最終,根據(jù)前面設(shè)計(jì)的搶購(gòu)流程的可用性評(píng)估體系,利用可用測(cè)試的方法,進(jìn)行評(píng)估對(duì)比驗(yàn)證情感體驗(yàn)與可用性線性回歸模型的可行性,并給予搶購(gòu)流程評(píng)估建議。
[Abstract]:The usability problem of the purchasing process is the trigger point of the emotional change in the process of user use. From the perspective of the third party and from the perspective of emotional experience, the usability evaluation model is constructed by analyzing the relationship between emotional change and usability, and the usability problem is found out. Provide advice for technical developers to optimize system process design. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic concept of emotional experience, finds out the source of user's emotion and the trigger point of user's emotion change in the process of rush purchase, and constructs the evaluation scale of emotional experience by using the semantic difference method in perceptual engineering. Using the difference between the emotion tested by the emotion scale and the initial emotion of the user, the emotional changes caused by the availability problem of the rush purchase are calculated; then, from the user's needs, This paper analyzes the methods of establishing the usability evaluation index of the rush purchase process from the aspects of cognition and interaction, and analyzes the usability test and the post-test numerical analysis of the e-commerce website rush purchase process. The linear regression model of emotional experience and usability is completed. Finally, according to the usability evaluation system designed previously, the feasibility of the linear regression model of emotional experience and usability is compared and verified by using the method of available test, and the evaluation recommendations are given.
