【摘要】：電子商務法是在電子商務交易條件下應用與發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生的一門獨特的法律門類,它在現(xiàn)實的商業(yè)事務關系中承擔著越來越重要的作用。本文對電子商務法的基本情況作一粗淺的探討,主要涉及三個方面:電子商務法的定義與思考;電子商務法的立法現(xiàn)實狀況和電子商務法的發(fā)展前景。分享實際應用中的各種情況,便于讀者對電子商務法的認識和思考。
[Abstract]:E-commerce law is a kind of special law which is produced in the application and development of e-commerce transaction. It plays a more and more important role in the real commercial affairs relationship. This paper makes a brief discussion on the basic situation of electronic commerce law, which mainly involves three aspects: the definition and thinking of electronic commerce law, the legislative reality of electronic commerce law and the development prospect of electronic commerce law. Sharing various situations in practical application is convenient for readers to understand and think about the law of e-commerce.
