【摘要】：本文基于2005~2015年珠三角地區(qū)外貿(mào)與跨境電商相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析研究了珠三角跨境電商與對(duì)外貿(mào)易的關(guān)聯(lián)度以及跨境電商在影響外貿(mào)發(fā)展的因素中的關(guān)聯(lián)排序。研究結(jié)果表明珠三角地區(qū)的跨境電商在近兩年對(duì)外貿(mào)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)大幅度增加,但跨境電商業(yè)務(wù)本身的質(zhì)量以及有效性阻礙了對(duì)外貿(mào)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)作用,使跨境電商自身的發(fā)展速度與外貿(mào)中跨境電商的貢獻(xiàn)并不對(duì)等。此外,在經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)較差和外貿(mào)進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型期時(shí),跨境電商會(huì)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)造成沖擊,跨境旅游、網(wǎng)民規(guī)模等影響外貿(mào)發(fā)展的因素的促進(jìn)作用將會(huì)大大降低。針對(duì)研究結(jié)果,在行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)整合、法律體系的完善、誠(chéng)信系統(tǒng)的建立等方面對(duì)跨境電商的發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of foreign trade and cross-border ecommerce in Pearl River Delta region from 2005 to 2015, this paper studies the correlation degree between cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade in Pearl River Delta by grey relational degree analysis, and the correlation ranking of cross-border e-commerce among the factors affecting the development of foreign trade in the Pearl River Delta. The results show that cross-border e-commerce in the Pearl River Delta region has greatly increased its contribution to the growth of foreign trade in the past two years, but the quality and effectiveness of cross-border e-commerce business itself have hindered the driving effect on the development of foreign trade. The development speed of cross-border e-commerce is not equal to the contribution of cross-border e-commerce in foreign trade. In addition, in the poor economic situation and foreign trade into the transition period, cross-border electronic commerce chamber of commerce to traditional foreign trade impact, cross-border tourism, Internet users and other factors affecting the development of foreign trade will be greatly reduced. Based on the research results, some suggestions on the development of cross-border e-commerce are put forward in the aspects of business integration, perfection of legal system, establishment of integrity system, and so on.
