【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,以及電腦、手機和平板設備的普及,網(wǎng)絡商品交易市場已經(jīng)成為我國社會商品交易市場的重要補充部分,也是廣大網(wǎng)民購物的新途徑。區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)商品交易,網(wǎng)絡商品交易表現(xiàn)出其特有的一些特點,比如便捷性,選擇多,價格低等,但源于網(wǎng)絡交易自身的虛擬性,跨地域性和開放性,網(wǎng)絡商品交易也比較容易出現(xiàn)許多新的問題,其中網(wǎng)絡銷售假冒注冊商標商品是表現(xiàn)較為突出的問題。據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,2015年網(wǎng)絡售假已成為網(wǎng)絡零售十大熱點被投訴問題中的“頭號問題”。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology and the popularization of computers, mobile phones and tablet devices, the online commodity trading market has become an important supplementary part of the social commodity trading market in China, and it is also a new way for Internet users to shop. Different from traditional commodity trading, online commodity trading shows some unique characteristics, such as convenience, choice, low price, etc., but it originates from the virtual, cross-regional and open nature of network trading. There are also many new problems in online commodity trading, in which network sale of counterfeit registered trademark goods is a prominent problem. According to relevant statistics, online sales of fake products in 2015 has become the top 10 hot spots in online retail complaints "problem."
