【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長、高新技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及人們對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)觀念的改觀,電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為我國的主流經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢,成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的組成部分,并融入到各行各業(yè)中,為促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,電子商務(wù)企業(yè)通過完善的物流服務(wù)提升綜合競爭力。目前,電子商務(wù)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了國家和地方政府的重視,相繼出臺法律法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以規(guī)范我國電子商務(wù)物流市場,推動我國電子商務(wù)物流行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。因此,物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展勢必與電子商務(wù)的普及密不可分,二者相互促進(jìn),共同發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)物流模式的選擇對企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要根據(jù)蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,基于層次分析的模糊綜合評價方法對蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式進(jìn)行選擇,并闡述蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇的保障措施。首先,對蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,闡述蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀、電子商務(wù)物流現(xiàn)狀和需求分析;其次,對蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇的評價研究。通過闡述蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式,構(gòu)建電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇的指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而基于層次分析的模糊綜合方法對蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇進(jìn)行評價;最后,闡述蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇的實施策略及保障措施,即從加快信息化建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)物流配送人才、監(jiān)控物流運(yùn)作過程和完善企業(yè)物流規(guī)章制度方面提出蘇寧集團(tuán)電子商務(wù)物流模式選擇的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the sustained growth of the national economy, the rapid development of high and new technology and the improvement of people's concept of the Internet, e-commerce has become the mainstream economic situation of our country, has become a component of the national economy, and has been integrated into various industries. In order to promote the economic development of our country, e-commerce enterprises promote the comprehensive competitiveness through the perfect logistics service. At present, the development of e-commerce logistics industry has been attached importance to by the national and local governments. Laws, regulations and standards have been issued to regulate the e-commerce logistics market in China, and promote the healthy development of e-commerce logistics industry in China. Therefore, the development of logistics industry is bound to be inseparable from the popularization of e-commerce. The two promote each other and develop together. The choice of e-commerce logistics mode has important practical significance for enterprises to develop e-commerce. In this paper, according to the current situation of Su Ning Group E-commerce logistics development, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is used to select the E-commerce logistics model of Su Ning Group, and the safeguard measures of Su Ning Group E-Commerce Logistics Model selection are expounded. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of Su Ning Group E-commerce logistics, expounds the current situation of Su Ning Group E-commerce, e-commerce logistics status and demand analysis; secondly, the evaluation of Su Ning Group E-commerce logistics model selection research. Through expounding the Su Ning Group E-commerce logistics model, constructing the index system of E-commerce logistics model selection, and then evaluating the Su Ning Group E-commerce logistics model selection based on the fuzzy synthesis method of AHP. Finally, This paper expounds the implementation strategy and safeguard measures for the selection of logistics mode in e-commerce of Su Ning Group, that is, to speed up the construction of information and train logistics and distribution personnel. In the aspect of supervising logistics operation process and perfecting enterprise logistics rules and regulations, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of Su Ning group's electronic commerce logistics mode selection.
