【摘要】:跨境電商是當(dāng)下我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的新形式,在2015年外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口額雙降的背景之下,其交易量卻逆勢(shì)而上發(fā)展迅速。作為我國(guó)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),跨境電商受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。并且,伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及,參與其中的經(jīng)營(yíng)者逐年增加,平臺(tái)交易的商品和服務(wù)也越來(lái)越多樣化,使得跨境電商市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈。這樣的局勢(shì)之下,出口企業(yè)要在海外市場(chǎng)占據(jù)自己的一席之地,應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇合適的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,以提升顧客的忠誠(chéng)度,增加企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,跨境電商出口模式的選擇研究對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)決策有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義?缇畴娚探(jīng)營(yíng)模式既取決于國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等外在因素,同時(shí)又取決于企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)條件和供應(yīng)鏈管理等內(nèi)在因素。對(duì)于不同的狀況下,跨境電商企業(yè)應(yīng)如何選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臉I(yè)務(wù)模式來(lái)增進(jìn)貿(mào)易規(guī)模,文章結(jié)合跨境電商企業(yè)中學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐的經(jīng)歷,對(duì)各類影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。文中首先介紹了跨境電商常見(jiàn)的基本模式和創(chuàng)新模式,對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),梳理近年來(lái)我國(guó)跨境電商出口的演進(jìn)方式。然后通過(guò)查找政府機(jī)構(gòu)和電商平臺(tái)的信息,分別從宏觀和微觀這兩個(gè)方面,客觀地討論各個(gè)因素在出口企業(yè)模式選擇中的意義。而且,針對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)下的外貿(mào)環(huán)境,以Antelife和大龍網(wǎng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程為例,從實(shí)用性、系統(tǒng)性的角度剖析其選擇的商業(yè)模式。文章認(rèn)為跨境電商出口業(yè)務(wù)中,經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)品、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和物流渠道是影響模式選擇的主要因素,它們與跨境電商模式相互適應(yīng)、相互彌補(bǔ),共同促進(jìn)企業(yè)出口的轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展。為此,不論是跨境電商出口領(lǐng)域的企業(yè),還是期望轉(zhuǎn)型電商經(jīng)營(yíng)的企業(yè),應(yīng)權(quán)衡好市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)系,以明確而有針對(duì)性的的模式開(kāi)展跨境電商業(yè)務(wù),并不斷謀求新形式的突破。
[Abstract]:Cross-border ecommerce is a new form of foreign trade development in China at present. Under the background of the decline of import and export volume in 2015, the volume of trade has developed rapidly. As a new growth point of China's foreign trade business, cross-border e-commerce has received more and more attention. With the popularity of network technology, the number of operators involved in it increases year by year, and the goods and services traded on the platform become more and more diversified, which makes the competition of cross-border e-commerce market more fierce. In such a situation, if export enterprises want to occupy their own place in overseas markets, they should choose the appropriate business model to enhance customer loyalty and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the choice of export mode of cross-border ecommerce has important practical significance for business decision-making. The business model of cross-border e-commerce depends not only on external factors such as domestic market and international market environment, but also on internal factors such as enterprise operating conditions and supply chain management. For different situations, how to choose the appropriate business model to enhance the scale of trade, this paper systematically analyzes the influence factors based on the experience of learning and practice in cross-border e-commerce enterprises. This paper first introduces the common basic and innovative modes of cross-border e-commerce, summarizes its management characteristics and development status, and combs the evolution of China's cross-border e-commerce exports in recent years. Then, by looking up the information of government agencies and e-commerce platforms, the significance of each factor in the mode selection of export enterprises is discussed objectively from the macro and micro aspects. Moreover, in view of the current foreign trade environment of our country, taking the development process of Antelife and Dalong net as an example, this paper analyzes the commercial model chosen from the perspective of practicability and systematicness. In the export business of cross-border e-commerce, it is considered that managing products, target market and logistics channel are the main factors that influence the choice of mode. They adapt to and make up for each other and promote the transformation and development of enterprise export. To this end, whether it is in the field of cross-border e-commerce exports or in enterprises looking forward to transforming e-commerce operations, they should balance the relationship between the market environment and their own advantages in order to develop cross-border e-commerce operations in a clear and targeted manner. And continue to seek new forms of breakthrough.
