高校俄語電子商務人才素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)探究

【摘要】:2015年,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代到來。我國跨境電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為迅速,已初具規(guī)模。鼓勵和支持跨境電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,有利于貿(mào)易優(yōu)進優(yōu)出;有利于大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新的全面推進;有利于推動“一帶一路”倡議的共建,促進我國開放型經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和升級。在“一帶一路”倡議推進的過程中,在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”催生的新的經(jīng)濟形勢下,跨境電子商務正在逐步成為連接“絲路帶”上各國的經(jīng)貿(mào)紐帶。俄羅斯是“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶”上的全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴,中俄兩國市場與經(jīng)濟具有高度的互補性,這也在不斷地推動中俄跨境電子商務的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)變。俄語電子商務人才是中俄跨境電子商務連接和運行的橋梁,“一帶一路”倡議為俄語電子商務人才既帶來了機會,也帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。阿里研究院發(fā)布了《中國跨境電子商務人才研究報告》,報告顯示企業(yè)對跨境電子商務人才的需求與當前高校畢業(yè)生的實際情況存在較大的缺口。習近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會議上強調(diào),高校人才培養(yǎng)對于培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會主義事業(yè)建設者和接班人起著至關重要的作用。而目前,國內(nèi)高校俄語人才素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)則明顯落后于中俄跨境電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。本文將從俄語電子商務人才的定義及素質(zhì)內(nèi)涵出發(fā),結(jié)合當前國家政策與中俄貿(mào)易發(fā)展狀況,從培養(yǎng)方、用人方兩方面多維度調(diào)查和研究。通過文獻研究法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,了解高校對俄語電子商務人才素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)情況,厘清企業(yè)對人才的需求、對人才素質(zhì)的要求。從企業(yè)的角度提出思考,探究出行之有效的高校俄語電子商務人才素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)路徑,從而使高校能夠真正的培養(yǎng)出面向社會、迎合市場需求,推動行業(yè)發(fā)展的國際化人才。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the era of the Internet came. The development of cross-border e-commerce industry in our country is especially rapid, and has begun to take shape. Encouraging and supporting the development of cross-border e-commerce industry is conducive to the development of favorable trade in and out of the world; is conducive to mass entrepreneurship and comprehensive promotion of innovation; and is conducive to the co-establishment of the "Belt and Road" initiative. To promote the development and upgrading of China's open economy. In the process of promoting "Belt and Road" initiative, under the new economic situation of "Internet", cross-border electronic commerce is gradually becoming the economic and trade link connecting countries on the "Silk Road Belt". Russia is a comprehensive strategic cooperative partner in the Silk Road Economic Belt. The market and economy of China and Russia are highly complementary, which is also promoting the development and transformation of cross-border electronic commerce between China and Russia. Russian e-commerce talents are the bridge between China and Russia to connect and operate cross-border electronic commerce. The "Belt and Road" initiative brings both opportunities and challenges to Russian e-commerce talents. The Research Institute of Ali has published the report of China's Cross-border E-Commerce talents, which shows that there is a big gap between the demand of enterprises for cross-border e-commerce talents and the actual situation of college graduates at present. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities that the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities plays a vital role in training the constructors and successors of the socialist cause of all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical integrity and beauty. At present, the cultivation of Russian talents in colleges and universities lags behind the development of cross-border e-commerce industry. Based on the definition and quality connotation of Russian e-commerce talents, combined with the current state policy and the development of Sino-Russian trade, this paper will investigate and study from two aspects of training and employing. Through the methods of literature research and questionnaire investigation, this paper discusses the cultivation of the quality of Russian electronic commerce talents in colleges and universities, and clarifies the demand of enterprises for talents and the requirements for talents' qualities. From the point of view of enterprises, this paper explores the effective ways to cultivate the quality of Russian E-commerce talents in colleges and universities, so that colleges and universities can really cultivate the internationalized talents to the society, to meet the needs of the market and to promote the development of the industry.
