【摘要】：本文通過一個典型村的電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)的縱向案例分析,揭示了一種新的包容性增長模式:自發(fā)式包容性增長的過程與機理�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)條件下,BOP(金字塔底層)群體通過電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,提升了其自身的價值創(chuàng)造能力,在共同富裕的同時,自發(fā)實現(xiàn)了包容性增長,達成了公平與效率的有機結(jié)合�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)ICT技術(shù)通過機會均等和數(shù)字賦能兩種方式促進了自發(fā)式包容性增長的實現(xiàn)。自發(fā)式包容性增長的過程發(fā)生在三個層面:在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展層面上,是由點(創(chuàng)業(yè)種子)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新帶動面(創(chuàng)業(yè)集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群)的發(fā)展;在能力發(fā)展層面上,是從模仿學習(商業(yè)模式模仿和技術(shù)模仿)升級到創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用的能力;在社會發(fā)展層面,是從城鄉(xiāng)斷裂狀態(tài)到城鄉(xiāng)融合和就地城鎮(zhèn)化。政府應(yīng)注重利用市場的力量,加強制度供給,保證制度的有效性,通過降低交易成本、創(chuàng)業(yè)成本和學習成本等途徑促進自發(fā)式包容性增長的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper reveals a new inclusive growth model: the process and mechanism of spontaneous inclusive growth through a vertical case study of e-commerce entrepreneurship in a typical village. Under the condition of Internet, the group of Bop (pyramid bottom) promotes its own value creation ability through e-commerce entrepreneurial activities, realizes the inclusive growth spontaneously while being common rich, and achieves the organic combination of fairness and efficiency. Internet ICT technology promotes spontaneous inclusive growth through equal opportunities and digital empowerment. The process of spontaneous inclusive growth takes place at three levels: at the level of industrial development, the development of business model innovation driven by point (seed of entrepreneurship) (entrepreneurial agglomeration and industrial cluster); at the level of capacity development, It is the ability to upgrade from imitative learning (business model imitation and technological imitation) to innovation and application; in the social development level, it is from urban and rural fracture state to urban-rural integration and local urbanization. The government should make use of the market power, strengthen the institutional supply, guarantee the effectiveness of the system, and promote the realization of spontaneous inclusive growth by reducing transaction costs, start-up costs and learning costs.
