【摘要】：隨著跨境電子商務業(yè)務的快速發(fā)展,跨境電商對倉儲配送的效率和準確性有了更高的要求。中國郵政借助物流供應鏈管理的經(jīng)驗和在國際小包業(yè)務積累的客戶資源,在為國際電商客戶提供寄遞業(yè)務的基礎上拓展倉儲業(yè)務,利用倉儲配送信息平臺為跨境電商客戶提供倉儲配送一體化的解決方案�？缇畴娚虃}配一體化方案打破了原有的收集流程,實現(xiàn)了倉儲、配送的無縫銜接,能夠滿足客戶對專業(yè)倉儲配送的管理需求,促進電商客戶業(yè)務的發(fā)展。本文對其業(yè)務思路,需求分析,平臺建設及實施效果進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce business, cross-border e-commerce has higher requirements for the efficiency and accuracy of warehousing and distribution. With the help of logistics supply chain management experience and customer resources accumulated in international small package business, China Post develops warehousing business on the basis of providing delivery services to international e-commerce customers. Using warehousing and distribution information platform for cross-border e-commerce customers to provide warehousing and distribution integration solution. The integration scheme of cross-border e-commerce warehouse and distribution breaks the original collection process, realizes the seamless connection of warehousing and distribution, can meet the management needs of customers for specialized warehousing and distribution, and promotes the development of e-commerce customers' business. In this paper, the business thinking, demand analysis, platform construction and implementation results are described.
