電子商務(wù)對農(nóng)村居民消費影響機理分析

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展也進入快車道,有效促進了農(nóng)村產(chǎn)品和日用消費品等的雙向流通,對農(nóng)村居民消費產(chǎn)生了十分重要的影響。其直接影響主要表現(xiàn)為改變農(nóng)村居民消費結(jié)構(gòu);減少供求矛盾,滿足消費需求;推動網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融發(fā)展,促進消費增長等。其間接影響主要表現(xiàn)為改變傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售模式,促進農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售;改變傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)方式,推動農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級;帶動農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè),吸引人口回流集聚;推動農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),促進物流業(yè)與金融業(yè)發(fā)展。然而,由于農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)服務(wù)設(shè)施落后,農(nóng)民網(wǎng)購認識不足,農(nóng)村電商高素質(zhì)人才缺乏,農(nóng)村電商市場缺乏規(guī)范,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展仍然需要克服很多困難。為更好地推動我國農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,必須兼顧基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人才、市場環(huán)境等各個方面,一要加強農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè);二要增強農(nóng)民電商意識,培養(yǎng)電商人才;三要加強政府引導(dǎo),尋找電商新模式;四要加強市場治理體系,規(guī)范市場秩序。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of E-commerce in China, the development of E-commerce in rural areas has also entered the fast lane, which has effectively promoted the two-way circulation of rural products and consumer goods, and has had a very important impact on the consumption of rural residents.Its direct influence is mainly manifested in changing the consumption structure of rural residents, reducing the contradiction between supply and demand, satisfying consumption demand, promoting the development of network finance and promoting the growth of consumption, etc.Its indirect effects are mainly manifested in changing the traditional agricultural product marketing model and promoting agricultural product sales; changing the traditional mode of production and promoting the agricultural transformation and upgrading; promoting rural entrepreneurship and attracting the population to return to gather; promoting rural infrastructure construction.Promote the development of logistics and financial industry.However, due to the backwardness of rural e-commerce service facilities, the lack of farmers' understanding of online shopping, the lack of high-quality talents in rural e-commerce and the lack of standardization in rural e-commerce market, the development of rural e-commerce still needs to overcome a lot of difficulties.In order to promote the development of rural electronic commerce in our country, we must take into account all aspects such as infrastructure, talents, market environment and so on.Third, strengthen the guidance of the government to find a new model of e-commerce; fourth, strengthen the market governance system and standardize the market order.
