SYWA公司跨境電商發(fā)展問題的研究

【摘要】:當前,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為核心的信息革命浪潮席卷全球。隨著“中國制造2025”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”、“大數(shù)據(jù)”等國家戰(zhàn)略開始布局,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟、城市建設、社會民生與新一代信息技術的結合日趨緊密。近年來,跨境電商呈現(xiàn)出井噴式增長。而其中至關重要的是,跨境電商的增長并沒有顯著的地域特性,和內貿電商的南高北低形成鮮明的對比。SYWA公司作為傳統(tǒng)的內貿企業(yè),把跨境電商作為重點突破的發(fā)展目標,是時代給予SYWA最好的機遇。經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,SYWA公司目前已成為擁有100余萬平方米全新樓廳式經(jīng)營格局,是東北地區(qū)流通量最大、輻射能力最強的綜合性大型商貿物流集散地和獨具特色的購物旅游區(qū),這里的經(jīng)營狀況在電商尚未興起的時候一直較好。然而,隨著阿里巴巴、京東等電子商務的崛起,實體經(jīng)濟受到了巨大的沖擊。在這個大環(huán)境下,SYWA公司設計并實施M2B2B2C跨境電商模式,來尋求商業(yè)上新的突破。通過SYWA跨境電商模式的運營,提升沈陽乃至東北地區(qū)跨境電商的通關實施效率;推動SYWA在跨境電商中的供應鏈生態(tài)服務能力;為進出口企業(yè)提供更多的交易、支付、金融、通關、物流、退稅、結匯等服務;促進區(qū)域進出口企業(yè)營銷業(yè)務的聚集。此外,通過外貿相關數(shù)據(jù)的不斷匯集,增強SYWA傳統(tǒng)市場的影響力和客流量,帶動SYWA實體商業(yè)進一步發(fā)展,提升SYWA商業(yè)盈利能力。為達到上述目標,我們計劃搭建SYWA跨境電商模式系統(tǒng)平臺,包括供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)、跨境電商通關服務平臺、公共服務平臺、綜合服務平臺、復合監(jiān)管倉等,從而提供相關的建設體系保障,以此創(chuàng)造全新的進出口貿易模式與金融服務模式。SYWA跨境電商模式的實施將助力中小企業(yè)、個人賣家降低外貿成本、增加效率、提高品質與利潤,實現(xiàn)輕資產運營和全球協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:At present, the Internet as the core of the information revolution sweeping the world.With "made in China 2025", "Internet", "big data" and other national strategies began to layout, the combination of traditional economy, urban construction, social and livelihood with the new generation of information technology is becoming closer and closer.In recent years, cross-border e-commerce shows blowout growth.The most important thing is that the growth of cross-border e-commerce does not have a significant regional characteristic, which is in sharp contrast to the southern, northern, northern and low levels of domestic e-commerce. Sywa, as a traditional domestic trade enterprise, regards cross-border e-commerce as a key breakthrough development goal.Is the time to give SYWA the best opportunity.After years of development, Sywa has become a brand new building and hall business pattern with more than 1 million square meters. It is a comprehensive large trade logistics distribution center and a unique shopping tourist area with the largest circulation and the strongest radiation capacity in the Northeast.The state of business here has been good at a time when e-commerce has not yet sprung up.However, with the rise of Alibaba, JingDong and other e-commerce, the real economy has been greatly impacted.In this environment, Sywa designs and implements the M2B2B2C cross-border e-commerce model to seek new commercial breakthroughs.Through the operation of SYWA cross-border ecommerce mode, the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce customs clearance in Shenyang and even Northeast China will be improved; the supply chain ecological service capability of SYWA in cross-border e-commerce will be promoted; and more transactions, payments and finance will be provided for import and export enterprises.Customs clearance, logistics, tax refund, foreign exchange settlement and other services; promote regional import and export enterprises marketing business aggregation.In addition, through the continuous collection of foreign trade related data, enhance the influence of SYWA traditional market and passenger flow, promote the further development of SYWA entity business, enhance the profitability of SYWA business.To achieve the above objectives, we plan to build SYWA cross-border e-commerce model system platform, including supply chain management system, cross-border e-commerce customs service platform, public service platform, integrated service platform, composite regulatory warehouse, etc.Thus, the implementation of the new import and export trade model and financial service model. SYWA cross-border e-commerce model will help small and medium-sized enterprises, individual sellers to reduce foreign trade costs, increase efficiency, improve quality and profits.Achieve light asset operation and global collaborative innovation.
