【摘要】：近幾年,我國的鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游發(fā)展速度非常迅猛,在全國掀起了一股熱潮。包括以農(nóng)家樂、民宿、民俗活動、鄉(xiāng)村景點等為依托的各種形式的鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游項目和題材開始出現(xiàn)在各個鄉(xiāng)村。這個和全球的休閑旅游的潮流不無關系。我們看到,上到國家政策刺激,下到居民生活所需,可以說,鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游的迅猛發(fā)展是必然的。首先是因為中國改革開放后的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度是很快的,經(jīng)濟總量已經(jīng)排到了世界第二,老百姓手里的可支配收入也越來越多。同時,幾十年工業(yè)化和城市化的發(fā)展使得很多人已經(jīng)遠離了鄉(xiāng)村,年輕一代甚至都已不記得農(nóng)村的樣子了,處在城市中的人們承受著競爭壓力較大的工作。這些城市居民因此而渴望大自然,渴望能有地方讓自我的心情放松,他們追求美麗環(huán)境,追求健康養(yǎng)生的需求因此而得到不斷的釋放。另外,從地方層面看,以農(nóng)家樂為切入點的旅游扶貧風生水起,效果卓越,讓經(jīng)濟落后的地區(qū)看到了追趕上別人的希望。從國家層面看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)對于內(nèi)需的拉動是很明顯的。因此國家及相關部委對于通過發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)來推動扶貧攻堅給予了政策上越來越大的支持力度。因此,在這個階段發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游正是時候。而浙江省遂昌縣的鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游發(fā)展狀況已經(jīng)小有名氣,不僅自身定位于發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游,并且已經(jīng)榮獲了“中國最美小城”、“中國長壽之鄉(xiāng)”等多項國家級旅游榮譽。能夠從零開始發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在這樣的水平,可以說遂昌是麗水乃至浙江鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游的一匹“黑馬”,其發(fā)展壯大的過程和經(jīng)驗是具有非常好的代表性和借鑒性的。因此,這也是為什么本文選取浙江省遂昌縣作為鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游研究的目的地的原因。本文通過多途徑的文獻資料查閱、在官方采集數(shù)據(jù)進行分析對比、多層級的政策研究探討、選擇實地走訪調(diào)查等方式,系統(tǒng)地對遂昌鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)階段情況、有比較優(yōu)勢和后發(fā)優(yōu)勢的特色以及可能或明顯存在的問題瓶頸進行研究,再結合旅游消費市場的具體情況,對遂昌縣的鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點特色以及存在的問題進行全面的比較剖析,為遂昌今后的發(fā)展方向提供對策依據(jù)。本文通過文獻研究和數(shù)據(jù)分析等途徑發(fā)現(xiàn),遂昌發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游的比較優(yōu)勢和后發(fā)優(yōu)勢還是非常明顯的。遂昌擁有觀光類、避暑類、娛樂類、探索類、養(yǎng)生類等美不勝收的生態(tài)環(huán)境資源;有粟裕將軍、湯顯祖文化、班春勸農(nóng)、七月會等特色的歷史文化和民俗文化資源,有遂昌金礦、南尖巖等處于鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)的國家4A級旅游景點;同時,遂昌身處有上海、杭州等一線發(fā)達城市,旅游需求極其旺盛的長三角發(fā)達地區(qū),有著天然的消費市場區(qū)位優(yōu)勢等等,以及其他尚待挖掘開發(fā)的旅游優(yōu)勢資源。另外,遂昌處于國家生態(tài)保護區(qū)域內(nèi),國家對于遂昌的發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的政策支持力度會更加有力。綜合這些因素,對于遂昌的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展而言,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游是再好不過了。當然,本文在研究中還發(fā)現(xiàn),因為受困于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和山區(qū)條件,遂昌目前的旅游基礎設施建設投入較其他地區(qū)還是明顯偏少的,包括機場、高鐵、火車、地鐵等快速交通還與遂昌無緣,出租車、公交車等基本的公共交通及其配套設施都遠遠不能滿足旅游城市的標準。另外,相對更為重要的吸引旅游投資力度、旅游品牌知名度和影響力、旅游產(chǎn)品豐富程度和加工程度等方面還是有非常大的提升空間的。因此,本文認為,遂昌可以從易到難,長遠謀劃,通過提高從業(yè)人員素質,強化營銷力度,提升產(chǎn)品豐富度和品牌影響力,吸引交通和項目投資等方式來彌補不足,或者說是提升發(fā)展水平,同時充分發(fā)揮電子商務等優(yōu)勢資源,來尋找和創(chuàng)造鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游發(fā)展中新的經(jīng)濟增長模式,把鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游發(fā)展成為遂昌經(jīng)濟的重要驅動力,提高遂昌鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游業(yè)的整體競爭力。最后在前文的基礎上提出了遂昌發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游必須要走生態(tài)優(yōu)先、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、市場導向、創(chuàng)新驅動等四個層面的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of the development of leisure tourism in rural China is very rapid, in the country set off a craze. The global trend of tourism and leisure related. We see that the national policy stimulus, down to the required, residents can be said that the rapid development of rural tourism is inevitable. At the same time, industrialization and city development in decades makes a lot of people have been away from the village, the younger generation has not even remember the rural look, people in the city bear the pressure of competition is The work of these city residents. So longing for nature, eager to have a place to make self relax. They pursue the beautiful environment, the pursuit of healthy demand and therefore have been released. In addition, at the local level, in the farmhouse as the starting point of tourism poverty alleviation fast, outstanding effect, make the economy backward the area saw the catch up with others. I hope from the national level, the tourism industry is very significant for domestic demand. So the state and relevant ministries for through the development of rural leisure tourism industry to promote poverty alleviation policy to give more support. Therefore, at this stage of the development of rural leisure tourism is is time. And the status of rural leisure tourism development in Zhejiang Province, Suichang county has been famous not only for its positioning in the development of rural tourism, and has won the "most beautiful in China The small town "," China Changshouzhixiang "and a number of national honor. Tourism can start from zero to this level, it can be said that Suichang is Lishui and Zhejiang rural recreational tourism is a" dark horse ", the process and experience of its development is a very good representation and reference. Therefore, this is also the reason why this paper chooses Zhejiang County of Suichang Province as the study of rural leisure tourism destination. Through multiple ways of literature, comparative analysis in the official data, to explore the policy research of multi-level selection, field visits etc., the system of leisure tourism development in rural Suichang now stage, have a comparative advantage and the advantage of the characteristics and problems of the obvious or possible bottleneck is studied, combined with the specific circumstances of the tourism market, Suichang County Township Village Leisure The current situation of the development of the tourism industry, compares the comprehensive analysis of characteristics and existing problems, provides countermeasures for the future development direction of Suichang. Through literature research and data analysis methods, the comparative advantage of rural recreational tourism development in Suichang and the advantage is very obvious. Suichang has a summer class, sightseeing, entertainment class, explore, health such as beautiful ecological environment resources; Tang Xianzu culture, general Su Yu, spring July class Quannong, and other characteristics of historical culture and folk culture resources, Suichang gold mine, South sharp rocks in rural areas, the state 4A class tourist attractions; at the same time, Suichang in Shanghai, Hangzhou first developed city, tourism demand is extremely strong in the Yangtze River delta developed area, there is a natural market advantage and so on, as well as other pending mining development of superior tourism resources. In Suichang, the national ecological protection area, the national policy for the development of Suichang tourism industry's support will be more powerful. The combination of these factors, for the economic development of Suichang, the development of rural leisure tourism is the best. Of course, the study also found that because the trapped in the level of economic development and mountainous areas the conditions, Suichang tourism infrastructure construction at present investment than other areas or fewer, including airports, high-speed rail, train, subway and other rapid transit also missed, and Suichang taxi, bus and other basic public transportation and the facilities are far from meeting the standard of city tourism. In addition, the relatively more important to attract tourism investment, tourism brand visibility and influence, tourism products richness and processing level, still have a very big promotion space. Therefore, this paper argues that Suichang From easy to difficult, long-term plan, through improving the quality of employees, strengthen marketing efforts, improve product richness and brand influence, to attract traffic and project investment and other ways to compensate for the lack of, or is said to enhance the level of development, and give full play to the electronic commerce and other advantages of resources, to find and create a new model of economic growth and development rural leisure tourism, the development of rural leisure tourism has become an important driving force of Suichang's economy, improve the overall competitiveness of Suichang rural leisure tourism. Finally, on the basis of the above proposed rural leisure and tourism development of Suichang must take the ecological priority, industrial integration, market orientation, innovation driven four level development strategy.
