【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為市場中必不可少的工具,而金融行業(yè)中引入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),逐漸形成了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融。這種新的金融模式成本低、效率高,而且涉及的領(lǐng)域非常廣,高度開放的發(fā)展理念促進(jìn)其發(fā)展壯大�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起,改變了傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展模式,一定程度上對傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展造成了很大的沖擊,削弱其中間作用�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融利用自身獨特的優(yōu)勢改變了金融市場的發(fā)展模式,特別是改變傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的運(yùn)營模式。當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融正在逐漸興起,傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)銀行受到巨大的挑戰(zhàn),為了生存與發(fā)展,開始采取措施轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營模式,比較成熟的有以下幾種:(1)將傳統(tǒng)的銀行業(yè)務(wù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,拉近兩者之間的距離;(2)積極的與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)展開合作,形成優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ);(3)銀行構(gòu)建屬于自己的電子商務(wù)平臺;(4)直銷銀行模式。此次研究中我們將重點關(guān)注上述講述的幾種銀行模式,得到較為準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)論,為經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。此次研究中我們重點使用了案例分析法、比較分析法以及歸納分析法。利用案例分析法來講述比較經(jīng)典的幾個案例,為以后的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。而歸納演繹法與比較分析法重點講述的我國商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與歷程,把理論與實踐有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來展開研究,得到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融包圍下的傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型路徑。此次研究中我們始終圍繞傳統(tǒng)銀行的轉(zhuǎn)型展開,滿足社會的發(fā)展需求。整篇文章基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融大背景下展開,研究的重點為商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型,采取最佳的措施來促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代社會下銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the Internet has become an indispensable tool in the market, and the introduction of Internet technology in the financial industry has gradually formed Internet finance. This new financial model is low cost, high efficiency, and involves a wide range of fields. The rise of Internet finance has changed the development mode of the traditional commercial banks, and to some extent has caused a great impact on the development of the traditional financial industry. Internet finance has made use of its unique advantages to change the development mode of financial markets, especially the operation mode of traditional commercial banks. At present, Internet finance is gradually rising. In order to survive and develop, the traditional commercial banks have been faced with enormous challenges. In order to survive and develop, they have begun to take measures to change their business models. The more mature ones are as follows: (1) turn the traditional banking business into Internet. To close the gap between the two to actively cooperate with Internet enterprises, We will focus on the several banking models described above and get more accurate conclusions in this study. We have made due contribution to the development of economy. In this study, we have used the case analysis method, the comparative analysis method and the inductive analysis method. We use the case analysis method to tell the classic several cases. To lay a foundation for the future development. And inductive deductive method and comparative analysis focus on the development of the status quo and process of the transformation of commercial banks in China, combining theory and practice organically to carry out the research. The transformation path of traditional commercial banks under the encirclement of Internet finance. In this study, we always focus on the transformation of traditional banks to meet the development needs of society. The whole article is based on the background of Internet finance. The research focuses on the transformation of commercial banks and takes the best measures to promote the development of banking in modern society.
