【摘要】：脫胎于比特幣的底層支持技術(shù)———區(qū)塊鏈,隨著加密數(shù)字貨幣的飛速發(fā)展,其自身具有的去中心化、時(shí)間戳、透明性、時(shí)序性、抗篡改、防偽溯源、安全和可編程等特性引起了各大財(cái)團(tuán)及政府部門的高度重視。與此同時(shí),電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展需要新技術(shù)為之創(chuàng)新。區(qū)塊鏈與電子商務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合將有助于解決電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中的諸多問(wèn)題,甚至將為電子商務(wù)帶來(lái)根本性的變革。文章在總結(jié)區(qū)塊鏈特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),介紹了區(qū)塊鏈在現(xiàn)有的電子商務(wù)模式下創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用,剖析了去中心化的電子商務(wù)新模式,探討了基于區(qū)塊鏈的政府對(duì)電子商務(wù)貿(mào)易監(jiān)管的技術(shù)突破。
[Abstract]:The bottom from bitcoin support technology, block chain, with the rapid development of digital encryption currency, its to the center, time stamp, transparency, timing, anti tampering, traceability, security and programmable features attracted the attention of the large corporations and government departments. At the same time. The electronic commerce development needs innovation of new technology for fusion. Block chain and e-commerce economy will help to solve many problems in the development of e-commerce, and will bring fundamental changes to the electronic commerce. Based on the characteristics of the block chain, combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad, introduces the block in the chain under the existing e-commerce model innovation application, analyzes the new mode of electronic commerce to the center, discusses the breakthrough blockchain government trade regulation in electronic commerce based on technology.
