【摘要】:寬帶是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),隨著信息社會(huì)的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等依托寬帶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,對(duì)寬帶建設(shè)提出了新的要求;國(guó)家到地方政府先后從寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)提速降費(fèi)、精準(zhǔn)扶貧精準(zhǔn)脫貧寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋等方面提出并下發(fā)相關(guān)實(shí)施意見(jiàn),因此建成高速、便捷、低價(jià)、立體的網(wǎng)絡(luò),成為運(yùn)營(yíng)商的重要任務(wù)。作為基礎(chǔ)通信建設(shè)者的平?jīng)鲆苿?dòng)公司,迅速響應(yīng)政府號(hào)召,及時(shí)調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,全面啟動(dòng)有線寬帶的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)工作。本文對(duì)PON網(wǎng)絡(luò)原理、技術(shù)及優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析說(shuō)明。對(duì)覆蓋場(chǎng)景、綜合業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)接入原則和方法、OLT接入原則和方法、城域數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)規(guī)劃原則和方法,以及有線寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)相關(guān)的末端光纜接入ODN網(wǎng)絡(luò)、PON接入網(wǎng)、城域數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)、傳輸網(wǎng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了闡述,并總結(jié)形成了有線寬帶業(yè)務(wù)端到端網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃體系。結(jié)合平?jīng)鲆苿?dòng)的實(shí)際情況,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋情況、用戶的分布情況和業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)闡述有線寬帶末端接入光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)原則、工程施工界面、OLT部署原則及CMNET城域數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)組網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和建設(shè)方案,分縣區(qū)梳理綜合業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)、OLT、城域數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)的接入情況和覆蓋計(jì)劃,制定平?jīng)鲆苿?dòng)有線寬帶ODN網(wǎng)絡(luò)、PON接入網(wǎng)、城域數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)、傳輸網(wǎng)等端到端網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)劃和工程建設(shè)方案,通過(guò)與平?jīng)鲆苿?dòng)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)相關(guān)部門(mén)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院、網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)實(shí)施單位進(jìn)行充分溝通方案并修改優(yōu)化,最后在有線寬帶建設(shè)中進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐應(yīng)用和實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Broadband is an important foundation of national economic and social development. With the development of information society, electronic commerce, Internet of things, mobile Internet and so on, the development of network economy relying on broadband has put forward new requirements for broadband construction. The state and local governments have successively put forward and issued relevant implementation opinions from the aspects of broadband network infrastructure construction, network speed increase and fee reduction, precision poverty alleviation and accurate poverty relief broadband network coverage, etc. Therefore, a high-speed, convenient, low-cost, three-dimensional network has been built. Pingliang Mobile Company, as the constructor of basic communication, promptly responds to the call of the government, adjusts the strategic plan in time, starts the planning, design and construction of cable broadband in an all-round way. Technology and advantages are analyzed and explained. For coverage scenarios, integrated service area access principles and methods OLT access principles and methods, metropolitan data network planning principles and methods, And the construction of ODN access network, metropolitan data network and transmission network related to the construction of cable broadband network are described. Combining with the actual situation of Pingliang Mobile, the network coverage, the distribution of users and the service requirements are analyzed. The construction principle of cable broadband terminal access fiber-optic network, the construction interface deployment principle, the structure and construction scheme of CMNET metropolitan data network, the comprehensive service area OLTs, the access situation and coverage plan of the metro data network are expounded in detail. To formulate the planning and engineering construction plan for the end to end network of Pingliang Mobile Cable ODN Network, Metropolitan area data Network, Transmission Network, etc., through the establishment of relevant departments and network planning and design institutes with Pingliang Mobile Company. The network construction implementation unit carries on the full communication plan and the revision optimization, finally carried on the practice and the implementation in the wired broadband construction.
