【摘要】：我國第三方移動支付得到迅猛發(fā)展,正在成為電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的支柱。在第三方移動支付爆發(fā)式增長的同時,金融消費權(quán)益保護面臨新的問題,而依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)法律不能很好地解決消費過程中出現(xiàn)的各種糾紛和問題。因此加強第三方移動支付的監(jiān)管,完善相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)及各項制度從而維護消費者的合法權(quán)益就顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Third party mobile payment is developing rapidly in our country and is becoming the pillar of electronic commerce development. While the third party mobile payment explodes, the protection of financial consumption rights and interests is facing new problems. However, the existing relevant laws cannot solve all kinds of disputes and problems arising in the process of consumption. Therefore, we should strengthen the regulation of third-party mobile payments. It is particularly important to perfect the relevant laws and regulations and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
