電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流固定區(qū)域自提點(diǎn)布局與評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電子商務(wù)深入的發(fā)展,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)開始深入到人們的生活中,并且受到越來(lái)越多電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的重視。生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展對(duì)現(xiàn)今物流配送服務(wù)提出了新的要求。由于現(xiàn)有物流配送服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)不能很好地滿足配送過(guò)程中的安全與保鮮需要,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)交易的時(shí)空無(wú)限性與配送服務(wù)的時(shí)空有限性矛盾突出,而傳統(tǒng)根據(jù)行政區(qū)等劃分配送區(qū)域的方式不能滿足對(duì)時(shí)效性要求極嚴(yán)的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)冷鏈物流配送需求,,同時(shí)分散的需求點(diǎn)致使企業(yè)最后一公里配送成本非常高。企業(yè)如何在一定配送范圍內(nèi)兼顧消費(fèi)者的便利性和企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期配送低成本兩方面將直接影響著生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。 為此,本文主要提出了以下創(chuàng)新點(diǎn): 1、通過(guò)聚類分析將所需配送總區(qū)域劃分為多個(gè)小型配送區(qū)域,設(shè)置固定區(qū)域自提點(diǎn),在自提點(diǎn)處建立智能保溫箱作為物流企業(yè)配送終點(diǎn)和消費(fèi)者取貨點(diǎn)。區(qū)域劃分的方式將生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)交易的時(shí)空無(wú)限性變?yōu)橛邢扌裕芙鉀Q配送服務(wù)時(shí)空有限性的難題。 2、建立固定區(qū)域自提點(diǎn)層次評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將固定區(qū)域自提點(diǎn)所處自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、交通條件、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件、成本費(fèi)用作為影響指標(biāo),并充分考慮周邊生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)企業(yè)數(shù)量、消費(fèi)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物習(xí)慣、行業(yè)優(yōu)惠政策、生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品年產(chǎn)量等行業(yè)環(huán)境因素,采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)備選固定區(qū)域自提點(diǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以選取最優(yōu)的方案。
[Abstract]:With the further development of e-commerce in China, e-commerce of fresh agricultural products has begun to penetrate into people's lives. The further development of e-commerce for fresh agricultural products has put forward new requirements for the present logistics distribution service. Because the existing logistics distribution service network can not meet the requirements of distribution. The need for safety and preservation in the delivery process, The contradiction between the space-time infinity of e-commerce transaction of fresh agricultural products and the limitation of distribution service is prominent. However, the traditional way of dividing distribution areas according to administrative regions cannot meet the demand for cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products in electronic commerce, which is very strict in terms of timeliness. At the same time, the scattered demand points make the cost of distribution of the last kilometer of the enterprise very high. How to give consideration to the convenience of consumers and the low cost of long-term distribution of enterprises will directly affect the fresh agricultural products within a certain distribution range. The development of electronic commerce. Therefore, this paper mainly puts forward the following innovative points:. 1. By clustering analysis, the total distribution area is divided into several small distribution areas, and fixed area self-lifting points are set up. The intelligent incubator is established at the self-elevating point as the terminal point of distribution for logistics enterprises and the point for consumers to pick up goods. The method of regional division turns the space-time infinity of e-commerce transaction of fresh agricultural products into finiteness, which can solve the problem of the limitation of distribution service in time and space. 2. Set up the evaluation index system of the fixed area self-elevating point, take the natural environment, the social economic environment, the traffic condition, the infrastructure condition and the cost cost of the fixed area as the influence index. And fully consider the number of e-commerce enterprises in the surrounding fresh agricultural products, consumer shopping habits, preferential policies in the industry, annual output of fresh agricultural products, and other industry environmental factors. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the self-raising points of alternative fixed regions in order to select the optimal scheme.
