【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展極大地促進了電子商務的普及,而人才匱乏已成為電子商務實現(xiàn)高速發(fā)展的瓶頸。為了解決這一問題,越來越多的學者參與到電商專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的研究中。目前對于電商專業(yè)學生能力的研究大多聚焦于課程建設、教學模式的構(gòu)建以及從理論角度分析崗位對學生能力的需求,而對學生專業(yè)能力的定量分析較少。本研究以一個中高職電商專業(yè)"三位一體"在線教育平臺為例,運用QFD模型根據(jù)學生在分銷系統(tǒng)中的微店運營績效數(shù)據(jù)對學生所具備的專業(yè)能力進行評估,并運用雙向聚類這一數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對能力評估結(jié)果進行特征提取,從理論學習的角度進一步探究造成學生能力差異的課程因素,所得結(jié)果可以幫助學生進行自身能力定位,同時為教學方了解學生能力分布特征,指導學生進行深入學習和職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet has greatly promoted the popularization of electronic commerce, and the shortage of talents has become the bottleneck of the rapid development of electronic commerce. In order to solve this problem, More and more scholars are participating in the research on the cultivation of e-commerce professionals. At present, most of the researches on the students' abilities focus on the curriculum construction, the construction of teaching models, and the theoretical analysis of the demand for students' abilities from the perspective of theory. However, the quantitative analysis of students' professional ability is less. This study takes a "trinity" online education platform of e-commerce major in middle and higher vocational colleges as an example. The QFD model is used to evaluate the students' professional ability according to the students' performance data of microstore operation in the distribution system, and the bidirectional clustering data mining technique is used to extract the features of the assessment results. From the perspective of theoretical learning, we further explore the curriculum factors that lead to differences in students' abilities. The results can help students to position their own abilities, and at the same time, to understand the characteristics of students' ability distribution for the teaching side. Guide students to carry out in-depth study and career development planning to provide the basis.
