醫(yī)療機構營銷平臺的設計與實現

【摘要】:在我國新醫(yī)療體制改革背景的大環(huán)境下,醫(yī)療領域里出現了許多重大的變革和觀念的創(chuàng)新,許多非營利性的公立醫(yī)院與民營醫(yī)院逐步走上以患者為中心、以市場為主導、以公司制經營的改革之路。他們積極跟進時代步伐,勇于探索和創(chuàng)新,分別在業(yè)務、技術、設備、IT支撐系統(tǒng)等方面積極嘗試和努力提升,但面對競爭日益激烈的市場環(huán)境,各大醫(yī)院的利潤空間越來越低,競爭壓力越來越大,而醫(yī)院利用信息化軟件技術進行管理升級時,基本都偏重于OA管理、業(yè)務功能需求實現等,在這個互聯網高速發(fā)展的時代,能否借鑒互聯網的一些業(yè)務模式和技術特點,在結合醫(yī)療行業(yè)本身的特點,嘗試一種新的運營模式呢?本項目建立一個這樣的公共平臺:該平臺匯集了各大醫(yī)院/各大企業(yè)及單位/患者等信息,建立了詳細的信息資料,拉近了醫(yī)療活動中各個對象的距離,以此平臺為基礎,衍生出眾多的便民服務、售后服務、監(jiān)控報表分析、促銷服務等功能,一定程度上提高了醫(yī)院的信息化建設水平。本項目綜合互聯網、移動通信技術及醫(yī)療業(yè)務特征,技術框架上引入了成熟的互聯網產品開發(fā)技術體系,如:前后端分離/動靜分離/頁面靜態(tài)化/分布式緩存/消息隊列等等,業(yè)務框架上實現了醫(yī)療電子商務、便民服務、醫(yī)療賬戶管理、營銷策略服務、客戶信譽分級管理、客戶售后服務、充值/結算、客戶資料管理、客戶投訴建議、評論分享、客戶營銷綜合分析、監(jiān)控報表等功能。本文作者參與了系統(tǒng)中核心模塊(三戶模型/賬戶管理/結算管理)的調研、需求分析、設計、開發(fā)等工作,同時對系統(tǒng)其他模塊的功能也有所研究,論文將對整個系統(tǒng)做詳細深入的介紹和剖析。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new medical system reform in China, there have been many major changes and innovations in the medical field. Many non-profit public hospitals and private hospitals are gradually taking the patient as the center. They actively follow the pace of the times, have the courage to explore and innovate, respectively in the business, technology, equipment IT support system and other aspects of active attempt and efforts to promote. However, in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, the profit margins of the major hospitals are getting lower and lower, and the competition pressure is increasing. When hospitals use information software technology to upgrade their management, they are basically focused on OA management. In this era of rapid development of the Internet, can we learn from some business models and technical characteristics of the Internet, and try a new mode of operation in combination with the characteristics of the medical industry itself? This project establishes such a public platform: this platform brings together the information of the major hospitals / enterprises and units / patients, establishes detailed information materials, and draws closer the distance between the various objects in the medical activities. Based on this platform, many functions such as convenience service, after-sales service, monitoring report analysis, promotion service and so on, have improved the level of hospital information construction to a certain extent. Mobile communication technology and medical service characteristics, the technical framework of the introduction of mature Internet product development technology system, such as: front end separation / static separation / page static / distributed cache / message queue and so on. Business framework to achieve medical e-commerce, convenience services, medical account management, marketing strategy services, customer reputation grading management, customer after-sales service, recharge / settlement, customer information management, customer complaints and suggestions. The author participates in the research, requirement analysis, design and development of the core modules of the system (three-door model / account management / settlement management). At the same time, the functions of other modules of the system are also studied, and the whole system will be introduced and analyzed in detail.
