【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,我國(guó)正在快速步入"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時(shí)代。"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+保險(xiǎn)"的模式也伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)巨大的市場(chǎng)空間、良好的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶(hù)基礎(chǔ)、電子商務(wù)和移動(dòng)支付等相關(guān)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用以及傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)面臨成本高、效益低、渠道受阻的發(fā)展困境共同促使互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模地?cái)U(kuò)大。在經(jīng)過(guò)近二十年探索之后,我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)迎來(lái)了快速發(fā)展階段,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)的市場(chǎng)份額在不斷地上升,成為中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了多年的發(fā)展取得了一定的進(jìn)步,但國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)在產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)方面同質(zhì)化較為嚴(yán)重,且在服務(wù)效率,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新等方面同國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)的保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)相比還有很大的差距,具有很大的提升空間。對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)渠道的研究,對(duì)幫助傳統(tǒng)保險(xiǎn)公司提升業(yè)績(jī)、服務(wù)效率具有重要意義。同時(shí)隨著大數(shù)據(jù)分析、云計(jì)算、移動(dòng)支付等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,如何利用新技術(shù)、新思維,滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)日益變化的個(gè)性化需求,成為保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)面臨的重要選擇;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)?焖僭鲩L(zhǎng)的同時(shí),制約互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題也逐漸顯現(xiàn),亟待解決。研究的核心問(wèn)題是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)壽險(xiǎn)公司價(jià)值的影響。具體回答以下問(wèn)題:(1)傳統(tǒng)壽險(xiǎn)公司為什么開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)?(2)開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)生了哪些影響?(3)如何開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn),以提升壽險(xiǎn)公司企業(yè)價(jià)值?本論文通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集和整理,結(jié)合對(duì)保險(xiǎn)公司開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的梳理,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注壽險(xiǎn)公司的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況,匯總了壽險(xiǎn)行業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合R壽險(xiǎn)公司近年的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行案例研究,分析了壽險(xiǎn)公司開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)的原因,以及探討壽險(xiǎn)公司開(kāi)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)(包括營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)、運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)以及產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā))的影響以及對(duì)公司財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響。在對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)和財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)公司價(jià)值的影響。探求互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)壽險(xiǎn)公司企業(yè)價(jià)值提升作用,尋找對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值提升具有重要影響的因素,以期能夠?yàn)閴垭U(xiǎn)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值增值提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet application technology, our country is stepping into the era of "Internet" quickly. The mode of "Internet insurance" also comes into being with the development of Internet. China Insurance has a huge market space, a good Internet user base, electronic commerce and mobile payment and other related Internet technologies are widely used, and the traditional insurance industry faces high costs. The low efficiency and obstructed channels of the development of the dilemma jointly promote the expansion of the scale of Internet insurance business. After nearly 20 years of exploration, China's Internet insurance has ushered in a rapid development stage. The market share of Internet insurance is rising continuously, which becomes the inevitable choice for the development of China's insurance industry. The insurance industry has made some progress after years of development. However, the domestic insurance industry in the product and service homogeneity is more serious, and in the service efficiency, product innovation and other aspects compared with the developed insurance market abroad there is a big gap. There is a great room for improvement. The research on Internet channels is of great significance to help traditional insurance companies improve their performance and service efficiency. At the same time, with big data analysis, cloud computing. With the wide application of Internet technology, such as mobile payment, how to make use of new technology and new thinking to meet the increasingly changing needs of customers. It has become an important choice for the insurance industry. With the rapid growth of the Internet insurance business, the problems restricting the development of Internet insurance are also gradually emerging. The core of the research is the impact of Internet insurance on the value of traditional life insurance companies. Answer the following question: 1) Why do traditional life insurance companies carry out Internet insurance business? What is the impact of the Internet insurance business on the operation of the company? How can Internet insurance be carried out to enhance the corporate value of life insurance companies? This paper through the collection and collation of relevant literature, combined with the development of Internet insurance business of insurance companies to comb the status quo, focusing on the life insurance companies of the Internet insurance business. This paper summarizes the operation data of Internet insurance in the life insurance industry, and analyzes the reasons for the development of Internet insurance by life insurance companies, combining with the financial data and operation of Internet insurance development of R Life Insurance Company in recent years. As well as the life insurance company to carry out the Internet business to the company business activities (including marketing activities). The impact of operational activities and product development on the financial position of the company. Based on the analysis of the impact of the Internet on the operating and financial position of the company.
