【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和持續(xù)創(chuàng)新,銀行卡支付手段和支付工具也不斷豐富,在原有的銀行卡POS機刷卡支付、網(wǎng)上支付的基礎(chǔ)上,基于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的銀行卡支付系統(tǒng)MPOS近年來逐漸興起。MPOS是以智能手機APP為載體、O2O線上線下融合的新型銀行卡支付工具,以其獨特的優(yōu)勢受到業(yè)界的青睞。基于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的銀行卡支付的MPOS系統(tǒng),適應(yīng)目前線上線下相融合(O2O)的電子商務(wù)模式逐漸成為一種趨勢,以移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),傳統(tǒng)刷卡交易為手段,手機APP與硬件設(shè)備相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)銀行卡交易受理機具的智能化,同時又打通了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與實體POS的聯(lián)系。本文探討了易通公司在現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)銀行卡POS機收單、網(wǎng)上支付的業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上,利用現(xiàn)有技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展MPOS項目的可行性。利用MPOS低成本、高效率的優(yōu)勢,增強易通公司在銀行卡收單領(lǐng)域的競爭優(yōu)勢,進一步拓寬易通公司收單業(yè)務(wù)市場領(lǐng)域,完善公共服務(wù)、便民市場、小微商戶銀行卡受理環(huán)境。論文在明確MPOS興起的背景及研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理國內(nèi)外研究文獻,提出易通公司實施MPOS項目這一問題;之后分析MPOS項目的競爭戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)營策略及效益;其次設(shè)計了易通公司MPOS項目的方案,提出了商戶風險管理的措施;最后,在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上指出易通公司的MPOS項目是一個可行性強、投資回報率高、市場前景廣闊的項目。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and continuous innovation of information technology, bank card payment means and payment tools are also constantly rich, on the basis of the original bank card POS machine swipe card payment, online payment. The bank card payment system (MPOS) based on the mobile Internet is a new type of bank card payment tool which integrates the line of O2O and the off-line with the APP of smart phone as the carrier in recent years. The MPOS system based on the mobile Internet bank card payment adapts to the current electronic commerce mode which integrates the online and the off-line (O _ 2O) and becomes a trend gradually. Taking the mobile internet as the technical foundation, the traditional credit card transaction as the means, the mobile phone APP and the hardware equipment unifies, realizes the traditional bank card transaction accepts the machine intellectualization. At the same time, the connection between Internet and entity POS is discussed. This paper discusses the advantages of existing technology, system and business on the basis of traditional bank card POS receipt and online payment business. The feasibility of developing MPOS project. Make use of the advantages of low cost and high efficiency of MPOS, strengthen the competitive advantage of Yi Tong Company in the field of bank card collection and order collection, and further broaden the market area of the order collection business of Yi Tong Company. Improve the public services, convenient market, small and micro merchants bank card acceptance environment. The paper on the basis of clear background and research significance of the rise of MPOS, combing the domestic and foreign research literature. This paper puts forward the problem of implementing MPOS project in Yitong Company. Then it analyzes the competition strategy, management strategy and benefit of MPOS project. Secondly, the project of MPOS is designed, and the measures of risk management are put forward. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the full text, it is pointed out that the MPOS project of Yitong Company is a project with strong feasibility, high rate of return on investment and broad market prospect.
