【摘要】：隨著電子商務的飛速發(fā)展，越來越多的人喜歡網(wǎng)上購物，電子商務逐漸成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營的重要手段，社會對電子商務人才的需求也與日俱增。然而，由于電子商務人才培養(yǎng)的滯后，人才短缺已成為制約我國電子商務發(fā)展的瓶頸之一，電子商務人才培養(yǎng)已成為我國發(fā)展電子商務所面臨的諸多問題中最根本、最緊迫的問題。針對上述需求，本文研究并設計實現(xiàn)了一個用于教學的電子商務模擬系統(tǒng)，讓使用者在親身實踐電子商務的過程中學習提高，繼而達到融會貫通。 在結(jié)構(gòu)設計方面，該系統(tǒng)采用B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)，將系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型分為：物理基礎結(jié)構(gòu)、應用支撐平臺、用戶實驗模擬系統(tǒng)。其中物理基礎結(jié)構(gòu)是構(gòu)成教學實驗模擬系統(tǒng)的硬件和網(wǎng)絡基礎；應用支撐平臺建立在物理基礎結(jié)構(gòu)之上，包括數(shù)據(jù)庫服務器、Web服務器和應用安全系統(tǒng)；用戶實驗模擬系統(tǒng)根據(jù)實驗主題的不同，，分成幾個模擬實驗直接面向用戶提供服務。 在功能模塊方面，根據(jù)教學要求，該系統(tǒng)設計了B2C模擬、B2B模擬、網(wǎng)上交易市場、模擬CA認證、模擬網(wǎng)上銀行和在線測評系統(tǒng)等六大實驗模塊，讓學生在整個流程中扮演不同角色，全面體驗電子商務；教師可以察看學生實驗課程的進度，給學生分配相應權限，并為學生在實驗中的表現(xiàn)做出評價。通過實驗讓學生了解電子商務全過程的各個環(huán)節(jié)，提高學生在電子商務環(huán)境下的實際操作能力。 該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成并投入使用，實踐證明，系統(tǒng)的操作界面友好、使用方便、運行穩(wěn)定，完全滿足電子商務實踐類課程教學和模擬操作的需求，提高了學生的實踐能力，取得了良好的教學效果，具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more people love online shopping, e-commerce has gradually become an important means of enterprise management, the social demand for talent of electronic commerce also grow with each passing day. However, due to the lag of e-commerce talent cultivation, talent shortage has become the bottleneck of the development of China's e-commerce, e-commerce personnel training has the most basic problems in the development of electronic commerce in China faces, the most urgent problem. According to this requirement, this paper studies and designs a simulation system for electronic commerce teaching, let users in learning to improve the process of electronic commerce in practice, and then achieve mastery.
In the structural design, the system adopts B/S three layer structure, the logic model of the system is divided into: the physical basic structure, application support platform, users of the system simulation experiment. The physical basic structure is Netbase hardware and network infrastructure; application support platform based on the physical basic structure, including database server. The Web server and application security system; user experiment simulation system according to the difference of experiment is divided into several simulation experiments to provide services directly to users.
In terms of functional modules, according to the teaching requirements, the system design of B2C simulation, B2B simulation, simulation of the online trading market, CA certification, simulation of online banking and online evaluation system of six experimental modules, let students play different roles in the whole process, the comprehensive experience of e-commerce; teachers can see the students' experimental courses assign the appropriate permissions to students, and make evaluation for the students' performance in the experiment. Through the experiment for students to understand the various aspects of the whole process of electronic commerce, improve the practical operation of students in the environment of e-business capability.
The system has been completed and put into use. The practice proves that the system interface is friendly, easy to use, stable operation, fully meet the e-commerce practice teaching and simulation operation needs, improve the students' practical ability, and achieved good teaching effect, and has a certain popularization value.
