【摘要】:信用危機(jī)目前已成為制約中國(guó)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的最大瓶頸。為了使中國(guó)電子商務(wù)行業(yè)健康有序的發(fā)展,使電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)中的廣大交易主體更好的進(jìn)行交易,從而使電子商務(wù)行業(yè)成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)“新常態(tài)”穩(wěn)步運(yùn)行的助力,電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的信用管理體系建設(shè)將是關(guān)鍵所在;谶@樣的背景,本文通過(guò)針對(duì)著名電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)服務(wù)商阿里巴巴集團(tuán)(簡(jiǎn)稱阿里)的相關(guān)案例研究,發(fā)掘目前電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的信用危機(jī),分析其中原因,并提出相應(yīng)建議,為阿里巴和其他電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題提供參考。本文選取阿里的“誠(chéng)信門”事件和“白皮書”事件二個(gè)具有代表性的典型案例為案例研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用電子商務(wù)和信用管理等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)上述典型案例中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,從“信用檔案管理”“復(fù)合管控機(jī)制”“數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用”三個(gè)方面,逐一進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),深刻剖析阿里貿(mào)易平臺(tái)、淘寶和天貓等電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)中網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺詐、正品率不足和“刷單”炒作等網(wǎng)絡(luò)失信現(xiàn)象的根本原因。最終,從“信用檔案管理的改進(jìn)建議”、“復(fù)合管控機(jī)制精細(xì)化管理”和“大數(shù)據(jù)思維的應(yīng)用”三個(gè)方面,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行中國(guó)電子商務(wù)服務(wù)行業(yè)最新的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)以及中國(guó)社會(huì)信用管理體系建設(shè)的要求,逐一提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。
[Abstract]:The credit crisis has now become the biggest bottleneck in the development of China's e-commerce. In order to make Chinese e-commerce industry healthy and orderly development of the e-commerce platform in the majority of transactions subject to better transactions, so that the e-commerce industry has become a China economic new normal steady running power, the construction of credit management system of e-commerce platform will be the key. Based on this background, this article through to the famous e-commerce platform provider group Alibaba (referred to as ALI) the relevant case studies, explore the e-commerce platform of the credit crisis, analyzing the reasons, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, provide a reference for the areeba and other e-commerce platform to solve related problems. This paper selects Ali's "integrity" incident and the "white paper" events of the two typical case as a case study, using the related theory of e-commerce and credit management, the presence of the typical problems in the analysis, from the "credit file management" and "composite control mechanism" and "data management and application" three aspects, one is summarized, deeply analyze the reason why the network trading platform, Ali Taobao and Tmall and other e-commerce platform fraud, zhengpinlv shortage and scalping speculation network dishonesty phenomenon. Finally, from the "credit archives management advice", "composite control mechanism of fine management" and "big data thinking of the application of" three aspects, combined with the current development of dynamic China e-commerce service industry's new requirements and Chinese social credit management system construction, put forward the corresponding solutions.
