【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,跨境電商成為中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。通過運(yùn)用SWOT對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江跨境電商的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅做出分析得出結(jié)論:鎮(zhèn)江跨境電商優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)并存,機(jī)會(huì)與威脅同在。政府方面:應(yīng)完善跨境電商監(jiān)管中心的功能;與其他城市合作,助力鎮(zhèn)江跨境電商發(fā)展;牽頭開發(fā)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),建立海外倉(cāng);優(yōu)化出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)、打造自主品牌產(chǎn)品。企業(yè)方面:應(yīng)加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷,利用大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析;建設(shè)跨境電商線上品牌;精心選擇第三方跨境電商平臺(tái);提升技術(shù)水平,提高跨境商品的質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平;研究貿(mào)易條款,實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略;提升企業(yè)自身管理能力,建立專業(yè)水平的跨境電商隊(duì)伍,以此促進(jìn)鎮(zhèn)江跨境電商進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal economy, cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point for China's foreign trade. By using SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cross-border electricity providers in Zhenjiang, we conclude that Zhenjiang's cross-border e-commerce has both advantages and disadvantages, and opportunities and threats are at the same time. The government should improve the functions of the cross border e-commerce supervision center, cooperate with other cities, promote the development of cross-border electricity providers in Zhenjiang, take the lead in developing the target market, establish overseas warehouses, optimize export commodity structure and create independent brand products. Enterprise: we should strengthen the network marketing, analyzes the use of big data; the construction of cross-border electricity supplier online brand; carefully selected third party cross-border electronic business platform; to enhance the technical level, improve product quality and service level of cross-border trade terms; research, implementation of diversification strategy; enhance the management ability of the enterprise itself, the establishment of professional level of cross-border electricity supplier team in order to promote the further development of Zhenjiang, the cross-border electricity supplier.
