【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化是重新對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行科學(xué)配置,來面對(duì)新時(shí)期的需求。在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)是不可或缺的重要成分,必須不斷進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐馁Y源狀況、傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)等,科學(xué)的進(jìn)行劃分配置。目前,我國(guó)部分地區(qū)在這方面的投入力度還不是很大,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)沒有達(dá)到最大化的生產(chǎn)效益,在優(yōu)化方式、計(jì)劃等方面存在著一些問題。近幾年來,泰安市在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面做出了很大的努力,也取得了不小的成績(jī),農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入保持上升趨勢(shì),形成優(yōu)化與增收的良性循環(huán)模式。在實(shí)際的工作過程中,泰安市政府也發(fā)現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化道路上的困難:農(nóng)民個(gè)體與企業(yè)、生產(chǎn)基地的利益聯(lián)系不緊密;農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的深層次加工不足,規(guī)�；降�;大型龍頭企業(yè)較少,核心產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模較小,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)體系不健全,起不到引領(lǐng)作用;組織化程度低,不能有效的發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)化,在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化中也發(fā)揮不了太大的作用。我們必須針對(duì)問題想出解決方法,提升農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化。論文整體分為六個(gè)部分:1.引言。對(duì)論文選題的背景和依據(jù)、研究的意義和價(jià)值、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法和研究路線進(jìn)行闡述。2.農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)基本理論研究。包括農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的基本概念和特點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本理論、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的基本含義、影響農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的主要因素、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的原則和合理性評(píng)判等。3.泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的特征及現(xiàn)狀剖析。結(jié)合泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、資源條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行發(fā)展性分析,并與其他地區(qū)進(jìn)行比較,做出評(píng)價(jià)。4.泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題和原因分析。根據(jù)對(duì)泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的分析結(jié)果,找出現(xiàn)階段泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,并分析原因。5.泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的基本對(duì)策。為泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化制定工作方向、準(zhǔn)則以及實(shí)際策略。6.泰安市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化工作的保障措施。從多方面、多角度為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供保障服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The optimization of agricultural industrial structure is to reconfigure each link of agricultural production scientifically to face the demand of the new period. In the development of social economy, agricultural economy is an indispensable and important component. It is necessary to optimize the industrial structure continuously, combine the local resource situation, traditional advantages and so on, and scientifically divide and allocate it. At present, the investment in this respect in some areas of our country is not very great, the agricultural industrial structure has not reached the maximum production benefit, there are some problems in optimizing the way, planning and so on. In recent years, Tai'an has made great efforts in the optimization of agricultural industrial structure, and has also made great achievements. Farmers' economic income has maintained an upward trend and formed a virtuous circular pattern of optimization and income increase. In the actual working process, Taian Municipal Government also found the difficulties in the road of industrial structure optimization: the farmers' individual and enterprises, the interests of the production base are not closely related, the deep-seated processing of agricultural products is insufficient, and the scale level is low; Large-scale leading enterprises, small scale of core industries, agricultural products industry system is not perfect, can not play a leading role; low degree of organization, can not effectively develop industrialization, in the optimization of agricultural industrial structure can not play a large role. We must solve the problem, improve the economic income of farmers, and optimize the agricultural industrial structure. The whole thesis is divided into six parts: 1. Introduction. The background and basis of the thesis, the significance and value of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, the main research content, the research method and the research route are expounded. 2. Basic theoretical research on agricultural industrial structure. It includes the basic concepts and characteristics of agricultural industrial structure, the basic theory of industrial development, the basic meaning of agricultural industrial structure optimization, and the main factors affecting agricultural industrial structure optimization. The principle and rationality evaluation of the optimization of agricultural industrial structure. 3. Analysis on the characteristics and present situation of optimization of agricultural industrial structure in Taian city. According to the situation of agricultural development, resource conditions, industrial structure, the development of Taian City, and compared with other areas, made an evaluation. 4. Analysis of the problems and causes of agricultural industrial structure in Taian city. According to the analysis results of the optimization of agricultural industrial structure in Taian city, the problems existing in the agricultural industrial structure of Taian city in the emergence stage are found, and the reasons are analyzed. 5. The basic countermeasures of optimizing agricultural industrial structure in Taian city. For Taian City agricultural industrial structure optimization work direction, guidelines and practical strategies. 6. Safeguard measures for optimizing agricultural industrial structure in Taian city. From many aspects, multi-angle for the optimization of industrial structure to provide security services.
