【摘要】：我國地域遼闊,擁有非常豐富的石材資源,在市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,石材產(chǎn)業(yè)保持著蓬勃發(fā)展的勢頭。石材是建筑、道路、橋梁的重要原材料,改革開放以后,建筑業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的空前發(fā)展帶動了石材產(chǎn)業(yè)的成長和發(fā)展。福建省是全國石材生產(chǎn)的重要省份,南安市更是被譽為“中國石材之鄉(xiāng)”,石材已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為南安市的重點產(chǎn)業(yè)和特色產(chǎn)業(yè),初步形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈完整、聚集度高、專業(yè)化程度強、影響力大的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。但近年來,在國家一系列經(jīng)濟政策和房地產(chǎn)政策的影響下,國內固定資產(chǎn)投資速度明顯放緩,直接影響了石材產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,面臨需求不足、價格走低等諸多困難。同時,國內中小城市房地產(chǎn)市場的表現(xiàn)不佳導致裝修行業(yè)的需求下滑,也影響了石材銷售。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷推進,社會消費能力進一步提高,在國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的帶動下,南安市石材產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展機遇,但是其粗放型的增長方式限制了集群的持續(xù)發(fā)展。為此,研究南安市石材產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展并提出針對性建議和策略有非常重要的理論意義和實踐指導作用。本文通過對國內外石材產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況進行研究和分析,結合并利用有關數(shù)據(jù)全面論述了南安市石材產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀,分析了該產(chǎn)業(yè)在南安市發(fā)展的機遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢。以全球化發(fā)展的高度,從鞏固和提升產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力、加快石材行業(yè)價值鏈拓展、推進石材產(chǎn)業(yè)結構轉型創(chuàng)新、提升資源循環(huán)集約利用水平等方面著手,分析探討南安石材產(chǎn)業(yè)集群目標定位、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等,為政府指導石材產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展提供決策方向,為企業(yè)規(guī)劃未來提供參考。文章最后提出石材產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略實施舉措,包括：整合南安三鎮(zhèn)為世界石都開發(fā)區(qū),推進石材品牌建設,加大石材產(chǎn)業(yè)政策扶持力度,強化石材及配套產(chǎn)業(yè)項目帶動,優(yōu)化石材產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:China has a vast area and rich stone resources. Under the environment of market economy, the stone industry maintains the momentum of vigorous development. Stone is an important raw material for building, road and bridge. After the reform and opening up, the unprecedented development of construction and real estate industry has driven the growth and development of stone industry. Fujian Province is an important province of stone production throughout the country, Nanan City is known as "the hometown of stone in China", stone has developed into a key industry and characteristic industry of Nanan City, initially formed the integrity of the industry chain, high degree of aggregation, The specialization degree is strong, the influence characteristic industry cluster. However, in recent years, under the influence of a series of national economic policies and real estate policies, the investment speed of domestic fixed assets has slowed down obviously, which directly affects the development of stone industry, and faces many difficulties such as insufficient demand, low price and so on. At the same time, the domestic small and medium-sized city real estate market poor performance led to the decline in demand for decoration industry, but also affected stone sales. With the continuous progress of urbanization and the further improvement of social consumption capacity, the stone industry in Nanan City has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities, driven by the national "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy. However, its extensive growth mode limits the sustainable development of the cluster. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical guidance to study the development of Nanan stone industry cluster and put forward relevant suggestions and strategies. Based on the research and analysis of the development of stone industry at home and abroad, this paper discusses the present situation of stone industry cluster in Nanan city, and analyzes the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of the development of this industry in Nanan city. With the development of globalization, we should consolidate and promote the core competitiveness of the industry, speed up the expansion of the value chain of the stone industry, promote the transformation and innovation of the structure of the stone industry, and enhance the level of intensive utilization of the resources cycle, and so on. This paper analyzes and discusses the target orientation and development strategy of stone industry cluster in Nan'an, which provides the direction of decision-making for the government to guide the development of stone industry cluster and provides reference for the future planning of enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation measures of stone industry cluster strategy, including: integrating the three towns of Nanan into the stone capital development zone of the world, promoting the construction of stone brand, increasing the support of stone industry policy, strengthening the drive of stone and supporting industry projects, Optimize the stone industry development environment.
