中國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著科技水平的提高及環(huán)境污染的日益嚴(yán)重,自上世紀(jì)90年底起,新能源汽車開始不斷出現(xiàn)公眾視野。近年來(lái),伴隨著國(guó)際社會(huì)石油資源供應(yīng)的持續(xù)緊張以及原油價(jià)格的持續(xù)上漲以及全球保護(hù)環(huán)境的呼聲日益高漲,新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展日益受到世界各國(guó)的重視。很多國(guó)家和地區(qū)已經(jīng)將新能源汽車作為未來(lái)汽車的發(fā)展方向,將新能源汽車提到了與未來(lái)國(guó)際社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的制高點(diǎn),,各國(guó)政府在研發(fā)、市場(chǎng)、財(cái)政稅收等方面對(duì)新能源汽車給予足夠的支持,積極采取了相應(yīng)措施推動(dòng)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 從世界各國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以看出,我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)與國(guó)外相比還有一定差距,因此有必要結(jié)合國(guó)外新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行逐一對(duì)比剖析,從而對(duì)我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的優(yōu)化整合,以期提高我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而帶動(dòng)我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而獲得國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)的制高點(diǎn)。 因此,本文基于四維調(diào)控下的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論及產(chǎn)業(yè)整合理論,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展動(dòng)因及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈本質(zhì)特征的研究,并結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),以熵權(quán)法和綜合模糊評(píng)價(jià)法為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的評(píng)價(jià)模型,依次我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈長(zhǎng)度、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈寬度、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈厚度和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈外部環(huán)境因素四個(gè)方面對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并結(jié)合美國(guó)、歐盟和日本的國(guó)家的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和政策措施,提出我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈應(yīng)該實(shí)施縱向、橫向、側(cè)向的三維整合的優(yōu)化路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈由點(diǎn)到線、由線到面、由面到網(wǎng)的演化突破,進(jìn)而提高各類生產(chǎn)要素的配置效率的過(guò)程,根本上增強(qiáng)我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of science and technology and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, since the end of 90 years of the last century, new energy vehicles began to appear in the public field of vision. In recent years, the development of new energy automobile industry has attracted more and more attention from all over the world, along with the continuous shortage of oil resources and the rising price of crude oil in the international community, as well as the increasing call for global environmental protection. Many countries and regions have already taken the new energy vehicle as the development direction of the future automobile, and raised the new energy vehicle to the commanding point of competition with the international community in the future. The governments of various countries are in the research and development, market, and so on. Fiscal revenue and other aspects give sufficient support to new energy vehicles and actively take corresponding measures to promote the development of new energy automobile industry. From the experience of other countries in the world, we can see that there is still a certain gap between China's new energy automobile industry and foreign countries, so it is necessary to combine the development experience of foreign new energy automobile industry chain and make a comparative analysis of China's new energy automobile industry chain one by one. In order to improve the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry chain and promote the sustainable development of China's strategic high-tech industry, the new energy automobile industry chain is optimized and integrated horizontally and vertically in order to improve the competitiveness of China's new energy automobile industry chain. In order to obtain the commanding heights of the international competitive market. Therefore, based on the theory of industrial optimization, the theory of industrial structure optimization and the theory of industrial integration under the four-dimensional regulation, this paper studies the market structure, development motivation and the essential characteristics of the industrial chain of China's new energy automobile industry. Based on the entropy method and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, the evaluation model of the new energy automobile industry chain in China is constructed, and the length of the new energy automobile industry chain is followed by the length of the new energy automobile industry chain in our country, and the new energy automobile industry chain is evaluated according to the questionnaire. This paper evaluates the industrial chain in four aspects: the width of the industrial chain, the thickness of the industrial chain and the external environmental factors of the industrial chain, and combines the practical experience and policy measures of the countries of the United States, the EU and Japan in the development of the industrial chain. It is pointed out that China's new energy automobile industry chain should implement the optimization path of vertical, horizontal and lateral three-dimensional integration so as to realize the breakthrough of the evolution of the new energy automobile industry chain from point to line, from line to surface and from side to net. Furthermore, the process of improving the allocation efficiency of all kinds of production factors will fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry chain in China.
