【摘要】：蔬菜是城鄉(xiāng)居民生活必不可少的重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)是關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生的重要產(chǎn)業(yè);發(fā)展蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收、農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)村富裕、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要途徑。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速增長(zhǎng)和人民生活質(zhì)量水平不斷改善,以及農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和農(nóng)民自主權(quán)的不斷擴(kuò)大,人們對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品特別是蔬菜產(chǎn)品的需求量不斷擴(kuò)大,促進(jìn)了蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,其生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和年產(chǎn)量持續(xù)增加,蔬菜市場(chǎng)供需也發(fā)生了巨大的變化。在國(guó)家和各級(jí)政府的大力扶持下,蔬菜作為生產(chǎn)強(qiáng)勁、加工增值收益大的產(chǎn)業(yè),逐漸形成一個(gè)集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、加工和銷售一體的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,這為蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)。岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)然取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展并具有一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),但在全球農(nóng)業(yè)科技飛速發(fā)展的今天,岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)仍面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),暴露出了一些問題,如蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)基地建設(shè)整體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不高、科技支撐能力不強(qiáng)、安全質(zhì)量隱患依然存在、儲(chǔ)藏和深加工環(huán)節(jié)薄弱、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力不強(qiáng)等問題,嚴(yán)重制約著蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。論文根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論、規(guī)模報(bào)酬理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論從岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀著手,通過對(duì)岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)量、基地建設(shè)、科技支撐激勵(lì)、蔬菜流通監(jiān)控體系和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)等現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,在學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本和國(guó)內(nèi)壽光、蘭州、昆山的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題從不斷地重視蔬菜生產(chǎn)基地建設(shè),加強(qiáng)科技對(duì)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐力,提高蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)安全質(zhì)量檢測(cè)水平,提高蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)深加工能力和增強(qiáng)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力五個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)岳陽(yáng)市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:Vegetable industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and the development of vegetable industry is an important way to increase farmers' income, increase agricultural efficiency, rural prosperity and social stability. With the sustained economic growth, rapid growth and continuous improvement of people's quality of life, as well as the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the expansion of farmers' autonomy, the demand for agricultural products, especially vegetable products, is constantly expanding. It promotes the rapid development of vegetable industry, its production scale and annual output continue to increase, and the supply and demand of vegetable market have changed greatly. With the strong support of the state and governments at all levels, vegetables, as an industry with strong production and large value-added benefits from processing, have gradually formed an industrial chain that integrates research and development, production, processing and sales. This provides a good foundation for the development of vegetable industry. Yueyang vegetable industry has made great progress and has certain industrial advantages. However, with the rapid development of global agricultural science and technology, Yueyang's vegetable industry is still facing enormous challenges, exposing some problems. For example, the construction of vegetable industry production base is not high, the scientific and technological support ability is not strong, the hidden danger of safety quality still exists, the storage and deep processing link is weak, the market competition ability is not strong and so on, which seriously restricts the healthy development of vegetable industry. According to the agricultural industrialization theory, the scale reward theory, the industrial competition theory and the sustainable development theory, the paper starts from the present situation of Yueyang vegetable industry development, through to Yueyang City vegetable industry output, the base construction, the science and technology support incentive. The current situation and existing problems of vegetable circulation monitoring system and standardized production are analyzed. In studying abroad, the United States, Germany, Japan and domestic Shouguang, Lanzhou, Based on the development experience of vegetable industry in Kunshan, the present situation and existing problems of vegetable industry development in Yueyang City are analyzed. The construction of vegetable production base is paid more attention to, the support of science and technology to vegetable industry is strengthened, and the quality detection level of vegetable industry safety is improved. Suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry in Yueyang City were put forward in five aspects: improving the ability of deep processing of vegetable industry and enhancing the competitiveness of vegetable industry.
