【摘要】：本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展相關(guān)理論研究出發(fā),結(jié)合邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展實際情況,基于玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展SWOT分析角度,對邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)等因素進行綜合分析。從生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售、社會服務四個環(huán)節(jié)分析了邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。綜合考慮一般的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈功能效應理論,從增值效應、整合效應、集聚效應、競合效應、倍增效應、品牌效應六個方面對邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行效應分析。運用層次分析法定量評選出邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主導產(chǎn)品,從而為今后玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)品發(fā)展方向提供理論指導。針對目前邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及整體競爭力不強的問題,提出提高邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈水平的對策建議。主要的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢主要是交通便利,氣候適宜玫瑰的生產(chǎn),生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)使玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚效應更加凸顯;劣勢主要是邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的組織化水平不高,沒有形成自己的特色產(chǎn)品,品牌效應欠佳:機遇主要是當前玫瑰產(chǎn)品的市場需求量不斷擴大以及長株潭經(jīng)濟圈建設(shè)促進了邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展;挑戰(zhàn)主要是企業(yè)間的競爭以及來自品牌效應帶來的威脅。(2)邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題主要有:玫瑰栽植管理粗放,玫瑰科研人才極度匱乏,玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模集約化程度低,抗風險能力不高;加工環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題主要有:加工環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,產(chǎn)品缺乏市場競爭力,研發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)技術(shù)滯后,品牌效應不強;銷售存在的問題主要有:價格信息體系滯后,各類市場體系不健全;社會服務環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題主要有:各經(jīng)濟主體較為分散,尚未進行有效地整合,還沒有形成功能配套、優(yōu)勢互補的社會化服務體系。(3)邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈主要有增值效應、整合效應、集聚效應、競合效應、倍增效應、品牌效應6個功能效應。影響主導產(chǎn)品選擇的主要因素為產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效益,尤其是經(jīng)濟效益。今后發(fā)展過程中,邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)主導產(chǎn)品選擇發(fā)展的順序依次為:玫瑰精油黃刺玫瑰爽口液玫瑰花茶玫瑰細胞液。(4)基于以上對邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)和整體功能效應的分析,提出提高邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈水平的對策建議。在完善邵東縣玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)成環(huán)節(jié)方面,主要從抓好玫瑰生產(chǎn)基地建設(shè),提升企業(yè)技術(shù)水平、打造玫瑰產(chǎn)品名牌,整合市場體系、完善銷售渠道以及完善網(wǎng)絡式玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈服務體系等方面著手;在提升整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈競爭力方面,主要從規(guī)劃建設(shè)玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)園、打造玫瑰主題公園、拓展產(chǎn)品深加工渠道以及設(shè)立玫瑰研究中心等方面著手。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research of industrial chain development and the actual situation of the rose industry chain development in Shaodong County, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rose industry chain development in Shaodong County, based on the SWOT analysis of the rose industry chain development. Opportunities and challenges and other factors for comprehensive analysis. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of rose industry chain in Shaodong County from four aspects of production, processing, sales and social service. Considering the general theory of industrial chain function effect, this paper analyzes the effect of Shaodong rose industry chain from six aspects: value-added effect, integration effect, agglomeration effect, competition effect, multiplication effect and brand effect. The main products of rose industry development in Shaodong County are selected by AHP, which provides theoretical guidance for the development direction of rose industry chain in the future. In view of the current situation of rose industry chain in Shaodong county and the problem that the overall competitiveness is not strong, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of rose industry chain in Shaodong county are put forward. The main results are as follows: (1) the advantages of the rose industry chain development in Shaodong County are the convenient transportation, the suitable climate for rose production, and the construction of ecological industry park make the rose industry agglomeration effect more prominent; The main disadvantage is that the organizational level of the rose industry chain in Shaodong County is not high, and it has not formed its own characteristic products. Brand effect is not good: the opportunity is that the market demand of rose products is expanding and the construction of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan economic circle has promoted the development of rose industry in Shaodong County; The main challenges are the competition among enterprises and the threats from brand effects. (2) the problems in the development and production of the rose industry chain in Shaodong County are: the extensive management of rose planting and the extreme shortage of researchers in rose research. The scale of rose industry is low, and the ability of resisting risk is not high; The main problems in processing are: weak processing links, product lack of market competitiveness, R & D technology lag, brand effect is not strong, the main problems of sales are: price information system lag, all kinds of market system is not perfect; The main problems in the social service link are as follows: the main economic bodies are scattered, have not been effectively integrated, and have not yet formed a socialized service system with complementary functions and complementary advantages. (3) the rose industry chain in Shaodong County mainly has value-added effects. Integration effect, agglomeration effect, competing effect, multiplier effect, brand effect six functional effects. The main factor influencing the choice of the leading product is the production benefit, especially the economic benefit. In the course of future development, The order of the selection and development of the leading products of the rose industry in Shaodong County is as follows: rose essential oil yellow thorn rose toner rose tea rose cell fluid. (4) based on the above analysis of the effect of each link and the whole function of Shaodong rose industry chain, The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of rose industry chain in Shaodong County are put forward. In the aspect of perfecting the components of the rose industry chain in Shaodong County, we mainly focus on the construction of rose production base, upgrade the technology level of enterprises, build the famous brand of rose products, and integrate the market system. Improve the sales channels and improve the network rose industry chain service system and so on; In order to enhance the competitiveness of the whole industry chain, we should plan and build the rose industry park, build the rose theme park, expand the deep processing channels of the products and set up the rose research center.
