【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點話題,隨著經(jīng)濟的逐漸發(fā)展,解釋產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚相關(guān)經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)的理論和實證日益豐富�，F(xiàn)有文獻證明,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度增加與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間并非穩(wěn)定的單調(diào)遞增關(guān)系。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚實踐活動的深入,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟面臨著如何選擇合意的產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚的問題。但現(xiàn)有文獻忽視了多樣化的產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚,有關(guān)多個集聚之間的不同聯(lián)系對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動產(chǎn)生不同影響的研究相對欠缺。改革開放后,廣東省經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的同時形成了多樣化的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū),因此本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚現(xiàn)象相對明顯的廣東省作為分析對象。首先,對產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動相關(guān)文獻進行梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有文獻缺乏對產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動影響的分類研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從多樣化的角度出發(fā),利用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論分析框架,定性分析相關(guān)多樣化和無關(guān)多樣化產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動的緩解以及刺激作用。論文以2010-2015年廣東省21個城市30個制造業(yè)和7個生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,依據(jù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和對外開放程度,把廣東省21市劃分為四個大區(qū),對四個區(qū)域分別進行分析。通過計量模型,對產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動的影響進行實證檢驗。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),廣東省各地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚不均衡:珠三角地區(qū)相關(guān)多樣化產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平高,粵東地區(qū)無關(guān)多樣化產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平高,粵西和粵北地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平較低。城市之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚存在空間相關(guān)性:大城市關(guān)聯(lián)性高的產(chǎn)業(yè)對技術(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)程度低的產(chǎn)業(yè)形成擠出效應(yīng),造成大城市相關(guān)多樣化產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平偏高。城市經(jīng)濟波動的大小隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平的變化而變化,合意的產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚對緩解區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動起著重要的作用。因此,各地區(qū)應(yīng)在因地制宜基礎(chǔ)上,加強與周邊地區(qū)的分工合作;珠三角地區(qū)應(yīng)適當(dāng)提升無關(guān)多樣化產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚水平,促進地區(qū)經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is a hot topic in academic circles. With the development of economy, the theory and practice of explaining the economic effect of industrial agglomeration are becoming more and more abundant. It has been proved that there is not a stable monotone increasing relationship between the increase of industrial concentration and the development of regional economy. With the deepening of industrial agglomeration practice, regional economy is faced with the problem of how to choose the desirable industrial agglomeration. However, the existing literature ignores the diversification of industrial agglomeration, and the research on the different effects of different linkages between multiple agglomerations on regional economic fluctuations is relatively lacking. After the reform and opening up, the economy of Guangdong Province has developed rapidly and diversified industrial agglomeration area has been formed at the same time, so this paper takes Guangdong Province, where the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration is relatively obvious, as the object of analysis. First of all, combing the related literature of industrial co-agglomeration and regional economic fluctuation, we find that there is a lack of classification research on the impact of industrial co-agglomeration on regional economic volatility. On this basis, from the perspective of diversification, using the theoretical analysis framework of industrial agglomeration, qualitative analysis of diversification and unrelated diversification of industrial agglomeration to alleviate regional economic fluctuations and stimulate role. Based on the data of 30 manufacturing industries and 7 producer services in 21 cities of Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2015, according to the level of economic development and the degree of opening to the outside world, 21 cities of Guangdong Province are divided into four regions and analyzed respectively. Through the econometric model, the paper empirically tests the effect of industrial agglomeration on regional economic fluctuation. It is found that the industrial agglomeration in Guangdong Province is uneven: the level of joint agglomeration of related diversified industries in the Pearl River Delta is high, and the level of joint agglomeration of unrelated diversified industries in eastern Guangdong is high. The level of industrial agglomeration in western Guangdong and northern Guangdong is low. There is spatial correlation between industrial agglomeration among cities: industries with high correlation in big cities form crowding out effect on industries with low degree of technological relevance, resulting in higher level of common agglomeration of related diversified industries in large cities. The size of urban economic fluctuation changes with the change of industrial agglomeration level. The agreed industrial agglomeration plays an important role in alleviating the regional economic fluctuation. Therefore, all regions should strengthen their cooperation with the surrounding areas on the basis of local conditions, and the Pearl River Delta region should properly promote the level of agglomeration of unrelated diversified industries to promote the stable development of regional economy.
