【摘要】：經(jīng)過半個多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,我國已經(jīng)從一個貧窮落后的國家發(fā)展成為了一個具有世界影響的經(jīng)濟(jì)大國。在此期間,我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了快速的發(fā)展,成為了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。然而在“高污染、高消耗、高排放”的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)文明增長模式下,中國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)因其消耗量大,廢棄物排放高的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),不僅使得自身在進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的道路上面臨著資源供給不足的問題,也給自然環(huán)境帶來了極大的壓力,從而引發(fā)了一系列的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。因此,如何處理石化產(chǎn)業(yè)與自然環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展,如何將生態(tài)文明的理念融入到石化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略中,成為了當(dāng)前我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的首要問題。當(dāng)前從生態(tài)環(huán)境的理念出發(fā),以可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)思想,結(jié)合實(shí)際深入分析我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及現(xiàn)狀下所存在的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)、行業(yè)與政府進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)溝通與合作,建立健全各項機(jī)制,構(gòu)建新型發(fā)展模式,積極實(shí)現(xiàn)石化產(chǎn)業(yè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的相互協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。本論文將從生態(tài)文明視角來研究中國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題,試圖在生態(tài)文明視角下,結(jié)合中國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究背景探討研究的意義,并在闡述國內(nèi)外石化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上揭示我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題,進(jìn)而探討生態(tài)文明時代的石化產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展對策,以期為我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定可借鑒性的參考。
[Abstract]:After more than half a century of development, China has developed from a poor and backward country to an economic power with world influence. During this period, China's petrochemical industry has also been rapid development, has become an important pillar industry in the national economy. However, under the traditional industrial civilization growth model of "high pollution, high consumption and high emission", the Chinese petrochemical industry is characterized by its large consumption and high waste emissions. It not only makes itself faced with the problem of insufficient supply of resources on the road of further development, but also brings great pressure to the natural environment, thus causing a series of ecological environmental problems. Therefore, how to deal with the harmonious development of petrochemical industry and natural environment and how to integrate the concept of ecological civilization into the development strategy of petrochemical industry has become the most important issue for the further development of petrochemical industry in our country. Based on the concept of ecological environment and the scientific guiding ideology of sustainable development strategy, the present development situation of petrochemical industry in China, as well as the opportunities and challenges in the present situation, are analyzed in depth. Enterprises, industries and governments should further strengthen communication and cooperation, establish and perfect various mechanisms, construct new development models, and actively realize the coordinated development between petrochemical industry and ecological environment, which is the most important part of the development of petrochemical industry in China. This paper will study the sustainable development of Chinese petrochemical industry from the perspective of ecological civilization, and try to explore the significance of the research under the perspective of ecological civilization, combined with the research background of the sustainable development of Chinese petrochemical industry. On the basis of expounding the present development situation of petrochemical industry at home and abroad, the sustainable development of petrochemical industry in China is revealed, and the countermeasures of sustainable development of petrochemical industry in the age of ecological civilization are discussed. In order to provide some reference for the sustainable development of petrochemical industry in China.
