【摘要】：乳業(yè)是黑龍江省的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),黑龍江省乳業(yè)在全國(guó)乳業(yè)發(fā)展中占重要地位。本文主要研究黑龍江省乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈相關(guān)利益主體之間的契約關(guān)系,一方面以訂單型、一體化型與戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟型為主導(dǎo)的三種契約關(guān)系上下游主體之間短期利益與長(zhǎng)期利益沖突、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作沖突以及局部利益與整體利益沖突為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論、契約理論和博弈論等分析方法,分別從收益分享、成本分?jǐn)偤惋L(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)三個(gè)角度討論了不同類型契約關(guān)系上下游之間基于利益輸入和利益輸出的博弈方式和博弈點(diǎn)存在較大差異,提出三種契約形式是并存的,各種契約形式都有存在的條件和可能。選取了典型的利益關(guān)系主體,研究了奶牛養(yǎng)殖主體與乳制品加工企業(yè)之間的本質(zhì)關(guān)系,以366戶奶牛養(yǎng)殖戶為研究對(duì)象,利用李克特式量表對(duì)因素進(jìn)行測(cè)量并將其運(yùn)用到養(yǎng)殖戶和乳制品加工企業(yè)的契約關(guān)系中的相關(guān)性構(gòu)建,并利用驗(yàn)證性因素分析對(duì)所收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,分析奶牛養(yǎng)殖者一旦感知到了乳制品加工企業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)主義行為的因素并且缺乏合作的情況,就會(huì)對(duì)乳制品加工企業(yè)缺乏信任;奶牛養(yǎng)殖者對(duì)乳與乳制品加工企業(yè)之間關(guān)系的滿意度也會(huì)對(duì)信任水平、承諾水平、相對(duì)依賴、對(duì)企業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)主義行為的預(yù)期及對(duì)二者合作關(guān)系的感知有積極地影響,最終能夠分析出加強(qiáng)兩者契約關(guān)系辦法的結(jié)論。從兩個(gè)方面對(duì)黑龍江省乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈利益主體的契約關(guān)系進(jìn)行定性的和定量的研究,運(yùn)用了不同的分析方法,最終為提高黑龍江省乳制品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中相關(guān)利益主體的契約關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定性和促進(jìn)乳業(yè)的發(fā)展提出切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Dairy industry is the pillar industry of Heilongjiang Province, which occupies an important position in the development of national dairy industry. This paper mainly studies the contract relationship between the relevant stakeholders of the dairy industry chain in Heilongjiang Province. On the one hand, there are three kinds of contractual relationships, which are order type, integration type and strategic alliance type, which lead to the conflict between short-term interest and long-term interest between the upstream and downstream parties. Based on the conflict of competition and cooperation and the conflict of local interest and the whole interest, this paper applies the analysis methods of industry chain theory, contract theory and game theory to share the profits, respectively. From the perspective of cost allocation and risk sharing, this paper discusses the differences of game methods and game points based on benefit input and benefit output between different types of contract relationships, and puts forward that the three contract forms coexist. There are conditions and possibilities for the existence of various forms of contracts. The main body of interest relationship is selected, and the essential relationship between the main body of dairy cattle breeding and dairy processing enterprises is studied. 366 dairy cattle farmers are taken as the research objects. The factors were measured and applied to the correlation construction of the contract relationship between farmers and dairy processing enterprises, and the collected data were processed by confirmatory factor analysis. Once the dairy farmers perceive the factors of opportunistic behavior of dairy processing enterprises and lack of cooperation, they will lack trust in dairy processing enterprises. Dairy farmers' satisfaction with the relationship between milk and dairy processing enterprises will also have a positive impact on the level of trust, commitment level, relative dependence, the expectation of enterprise opportunism behavior and the perception of the relationship between them. Finally, the conclusion of strengthening the contractual relationship between the two can be analyzed. Qualitative and quantitative research on the contract relationship of the main interests of the dairy industry chain in Heilongjiang Province is carried out from two aspects, and different analytical methods are used. Finally, practical countermeasures are put forward to improve the stability of the contract relationship of the relevant stakeholders in the dairy industry chain of Heilongjiang Province and to promote the development of the dairy industry.
