【摘要】：成都市作為全國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較快的城市之一,其文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐步形成依托城市、集聚發(fā)展的空間布局形態(tài),產(chǎn)生了一批文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園。適應(yīng)性概念的引入,目的在于運(yùn)用其動(dòng)態(tài)觀和整體協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系為現(xiàn)代外部公共空間設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建一個(gè)可調(diào)節(jié)反饋的和諧的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。為了更有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的適應(yīng)性研究,在對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園外部公共空間的實(shí)證分析基礎(chǔ)上,探索一種以SD法為研究方法,對(duì)成都文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園外部公共空間進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià),以期為城市創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和理論支持,使得文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園空間在演化過程中始終保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文將沿著提出問題、分析問題與解決問題的思路來進(jìn)行本次研究。首先,本文通過對(duì)成都文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與適應(yīng)性理論進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究,并通過有重點(diǎn)、分層次地走訪調(diào)研成都十多家舊廠房改造和新建的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園有了宏觀的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。再在對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園組成要素與構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行具體分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園適應(yīng)性內(nèi)容與適應(yīng)性載體,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出適應(yīng)性要素:物質(zhì)空間要素與場所人文兩大方面的內(nèi)容。其次,選取成都其中有代表性的三個(gè)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園開展實(shí)證研究,通過對(duì)三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園外部公共空間的簡單介紹,運(yùn)用SD法對(duì)應(yīng)適應(yīng)性要素選取評(píng)價(jià)因子與評(píng)價(jià)樣本,通過問卷調(diào)研然后整理數(shù)據(jù)得出綜合評(píng)價(jià)平均值,再分析數(shù)據(jù)找出實(shí)例在外部公共空間適應(yīng)性方面的情況。最后,論文依據(jù)前期的理論分析和運(yùn)用SD法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,總結(jié)成都文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園外部公共空間適應(yīng)與不適應(yīng)的地方。再針對(duì)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出成都市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園外部公共空間適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)建議。主要是從六個(gè)方面入手,包括:增強(qiáng)個(gè)性化,促進(jìn)行為參與;打造多義空間,容納多種活動(dòng);完善設(shè)施,加強(qiáng)空間可達(dá)性;塑造品質(zhì)環(huán)境,延長空間停留時(shí)間;打造開敞空間,增強(qiáng)自由交流;加強(qiáng)文化內(nèi)涵,提升空間氛圍。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as one of the cities with rapid development of cultural and creative industries in China, has gradually formed its cultural and creative industries based on the city, gathered and developed a number of cultural and creative industrial parks. The purpose of the introduction of the concept of adaptability is to construct a harmonious design system with adjustable feedback for the modern external public space design by using its dynamic view and overall coordination relationship. In order to realize the adaptability research of the cultural creative industry park more effectively, based on the empirical analysis of the external public space of the cultural and creative industry park, this paper explores a research method based on the SD method. This paper evaluates the adaptability of the outer public space of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the construction and development of the Urban Creative Industry Park, so that the space of the Cultural and Creative Industry Park will always maintain sustainable development in the process of evolution. This paper will carry out this research along the train of thought of problem raising, problem analysis and problem solving. First of all, through the basic research on the development status and adaptability theory of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park, and through the key points, through the investigation and investigation of more than ten old factory buildings in Chengdu and the newly built Cultural and Creative Industrial Park. Cultural and creative industry park has a macro understanding and understanding. Then on the basis of the concrete analysis of the elements and elements of the cultural and creative industry park, the adaptive content and the adaptive carrier of the cultural and creative industry park are put forward. Then summed up the adaptability factor: material space factor and place humanities two aspects of the content. Secondly, three representative cultural and creative industry parks in Chengdu are selected to carry out empirical research. Through a brief introduction of the three industrial parks' external public space, the SD method is used to select the evaluation factors and evaluation samples corresponding to adaptive elements. Through the questionnaire survey and then collate the data to get the comprehensive evaluation average, and then analyze the data to find out the case in the external public space adaptability. Finally, according to the previous theoretical analysis and the use of SD method for empirical research, summed up the Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park external public space adaptation and inadaptability. In view of the problems found in the investigation, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the adaptability design of the outer public space of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park. It mainly starts from six aspects, including: enhancing individuation, promoting behavior participation; creating polysemous space to accommodate a variety of activities; perfecting facilities to enhance the accessibility of space; shaping quality environment, prolonging space residence time; creating open space. Enhance free communication, strengthen cultural connotation, and enhance the atmosphere of space.
