文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園辦公系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：為大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),加快文化強市建設(shè),我市出臺了《十二五文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,要求加強對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和分類指導(dǎo)。按照國家和省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建園要求,我市逐步深化文化產(chǎn)業(yè)智慧園區(qū)、重點園區(qū)、示范園區(qū)的發(fā)展。不斷推廣和發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)快速發(fā)展的新思路、新舉措、新成效、新經(jīng)驗、新典型,推進(jìn)園區(qū)人流、物流、信息流建設(shè),為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展?fàn)I造良好的社會氛圍。我市高度重視建設(shè)數(shù)字化城市工作,全面推進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)信息化建設(shè),把此項工作作為提高園區(qū)服務(wù)水平、完善園區(qū)投資環(huán)境、提升園區(qū)管理能力、打造園區(qū)綜合競爭力的重要手段。我市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)智慧園系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),著力解決了招商項目、OA辦公等方面的管理水平低下等問題,提高了辦公效率,消除了信息孤島問題,實現(xiàn)了信息資源共享。濟南市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)智慧園系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)主要是為產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)相關(guān)部門服務(wù),增強了政府推動企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的服務(wù)能力,切實推進(jìn)了政府管理部門的政務(wù)管理水平的提升；為園區(qū)招商引資奠定了基礎(chǔ),吸引了更多龍頭企業(yè),聚集外來資金、技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了園區(qū)發(fā)展；文化產(chǎn)業(yè)智慧園的建設(shè),通過新興的云數(shù)據(jù)中心、智慧應(yīng)用及公共服務(wù)支撐平臺等優(yōu)良創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境,為企業(yè)做宣傳推廣,使園區(qū)企業(yè)快速產(chǎn)生效益,消除企業(yè)發(fā)展的后顧之憂,并提供更高層次的管理決策支撐。本文的主要工作是：分析文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)信息化建設(shè)的重要性,闡述了我市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園辦公系統(tǒng)目的和意義；根據(jù)有關(guān)工作要求和我市西街工坊、高新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地等產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的特點對Client/Server和Browser/server模式下進(jìn)行選擇,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)一個基于B／S模式的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)智慧園系統(tǒng)；對系統(tǒng)主要模塊的劃分做了詳細(xì)的需求分析,介紹系統(tǒng)主要技術(shù)的使用；對系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、重要模塊和技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計；對系統(tǒng)的主要模塊進(jìn)行了實現(xiàn)并測試；最后對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。本文考慮到了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展特點盡可能的發(fā)揮了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的作用,為傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)園到第三代智慧產(chǎn)業(yè)園的提升提供了意見。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the cultural industry and speed up the construction of the strong cultural city, our city issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Industry Development, which requires strengthening the overall planning and classification guidance of the Cultural Industry Park. According to the national and provincial standardization requirements, our city gradually deepen the development of cultural industry wisdom park, key park and demonstration park. New ideas, new measures, new results, new experiences, new models, promoting the construction of people flow, logistics and information flow of the cultural industrial park are constantly promoted and developed, thus creating a good social atmosphere for the development of the cultural industry park. Our city attaches great importance to the construction of digital city, comprehensively promotes the informatization construction of the cultural industry park, regards this work as improving the service level of the park, perfecting the investment environment of the park, and enhancing the management ability of the park. The important means to build the comprehensive competitiveness of the park. The construction of the wisdom park system in our city's cultural industry park has solved the problems of low management level, such as the low management level in the project of attracting investment and OA, etc., has improved the office efficiency, eliminated the problem of the isolated island of information, and realized the sharing of information resources. The research and development of Jinan Cultural Industry Wisdom Park system is mainly to serve the relevant departments of the Industrial Park, enhance the service ability of the government to promote the innovation of enterprises, and promote the level of government administration of the government management department. It has laid the foundation for the park to attract investment, attracted more leading enterprises, gathered foreign capital, technology and management experience, and further promoted the development of the park; the construction of the cultural industry wisdom park, through the emerging cloud data center, The intelligent application and the public service support platform and so on fine innovation environment, does the propaganda promotion for the enterprise, causes the park enterprise to produce the benefit quickly, eliminates the enterprise development worry, and provides the higher level management decision support. The main work of this paper is to analyze the importance of the informatization construction of the cultural industrial park, to expound the purpose and significance of the office system of the cultural industrial park in our city, and to base on the relevant work requirements and the construction of the Xijie Industrial Square in our city. The characteristics of the industrial parks, such as the cultural industry incubating base of the high-tech zones, are selected under the Client/Server and Browser/server models, and a cultural industry wisdom park system based on the B / S model is designed and implemented, and the main modules of the system are analyzed in detail. This paper introduces the use of the main technologies of the system; designs the system architecture, database, important modules and technologies; implements and tests the main modules of the system; finally, summarizes and prospects the problems in the process of system design. This paper takes into account the characteristics of the development of the cultural industrial park as far as possible to play the role of the network, for the traditional industrial park to the third generation of intelligent industrial park to promote the advice.
