【摘要】：供給側(cè)改革的提出,就是要強(qiáng)化供給領(lǐng)域的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,從生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域入手,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,從而使供給體系更好地適應(yīng)需求結(jié)構(gòu)變化,而需求結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的影響需要通過產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)分析來測度。文章利用國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局最新發(fā)布的2012年投入產(chǎn)出表,將國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)部門進(jìn)行聯(lián)結(jié),通過測算國民經(jīng)濟(jì)17個(gè)部門的影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù),結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)分析來測度最終需求與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門之間的關(guān)系,并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了當(dāng)前我國進(jìn)行供給側(cè)改革與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重點(diǎn)與方式。
[Abstract]:The proposal of supply-side reform is to strengthen the structural reform in the field of supply, to start with the field of production, to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, so that the supply system can better adapt to the changes in the structure of demand. The impact of demand structure on the evolution of industrial structure needs to be measured by industrial association analysis. Using the latest input-output table released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2012, the paper links all sectors of the national economy, and calculates the influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of 17 departments of the national economy. The relationship between final demand and various sectors of national economy is measured and compared with industry correlation analysis. On this basis, the emphasis and mode of supply-side reform and industrial structure adjustment in China are discussed.
