【摘要】:隨著國際市場競爭的日益激烈,原材料成本和人力資源成本持續(xù)上升,皮楊地區(qū)的訂單加工型服裝企業(yè)出口量急劇下降,企業(yè)利潤大幅降低,企業(yè)生存空間越來越小。面對激烈的競爭,服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)作為皮楊地區(qū)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)必須進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級,提升核心競爭力。本文認(rèn)為在服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的過程中,只有通過產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng)和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌才能提升產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心競爭力,才能在市場競爭中處于優(yōu)勢地位。通過對服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的文獻(xiàn)閱讀、整理和總結(jié)。本文認(rèn)為眾多學(xué)者在對服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的研究中更多的將研究的重點放在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局等宏觀層面,而很少涉及到中微觀層面,所以當(dāng)涉及到某一具體區(qū)域的服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)該采用何種發(fā)展模式時則含糊不清。本文將從中觀和微觀層面出發(fā),探索并明確給出一種新的服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、總結(jié)歸納法,總結(jié)歸納了大量的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并借鑒專家學(xué)者在服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式方面的大量研究結(jié)果總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的不足。并通過實地調(diào)查法對皮楊服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了細(xì)致深入的調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)出當(dāng)前皮楊服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的諸多問題,即企業(yè)多、規(guī)模小,產(chǎn)量大、品牌少,產(chǎn)值多、利潤低。隨后本文為了解決這些問題,明確給出服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新模式,即以模塊化定制為特色的品牌運(yùn)營商的產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營模式。該模式的思路是通過構(gòu)建龍頭企業(yè)和龍頭品牌帶動整個皮楊服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)向形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌發(fā)展。該模式的開展需要組建品牌運(yùn)營公司和三大平臺,即設(shè)計平臺、生產(chǎn)管理平臺、市場營銷平臺。為了支撐品牌運(yùn)營公司和三大平臺的順利運(yùn)行,本文提出了四大保障措施,分別從政策、組織、資金、人力等多方面對新模式進(jìn)行支撐,切實保障新模式的落地和實現(xiàn)。本文提出的服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的運(yùn)營模式為皮楊服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展提供了新路徑,為今后產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的創(chuàng)新提供了新方法和新思路。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market, the cost of raw materials and human resources continues to rise, the export volume of order processing garment enterprises in Piyang region drops sharply, the profits of enterprises decrease significantly, and the living space of enterprises becomes smaller and smaller. In the face of fierce competition, clothing industry as a pillar industry in Piyang region must be transformed and upgraded to enhance core competitiveness. This paper argues that in the process of transformation and upgrading of garment industry, only through the innovation of industrial development mode to promote the formation of industry cluster effect and regional industrial brand can enhance the core competitiveness of the industry. Ability in the market competition in the dominant position. Through the clothing industry and industry development model of literature reading, collation and summary. In this paper, many scholars put more emphasis on the macro-level of industrial structure and industrial layout in the research of garment industry development model, but rarely involved in the micro-level. So when it comes to a specific region of clothing industry should adopt what development model is unclear. In this paper, a new pattern of garment industry development will be explored and defined from the view of medium and micro level. This paper summarizes a large number of related documents at home and abroad, and draws lessons from experts and scholars in clothing industry, industrial development model of a large number of research results summed up the shortcomings of the traditional industrial development model. And through the field investigation method to the Piyang clothing industry development present situation has carried on the meticulous thorough investigation research, summarized the present Piyang clothing industry existence many questions, namely the enterprise is many, the scale is small, the output is big, the brand is small, the output value is many, the profit is low. Then, in order to solve these problems, this paper gives a new model of clothing industry development, that is, the brand operators with modular customization as the characteristics of the industrial operation model. The idea of this model is to build leading enterprises and leading brands to drive the whole clothing industry of Populus to form industrial clusters and regional industrial brands. This model needs to set up brand operation company and three major platforms, namely, design platform, production management platform and marketing platform. In order to support the smooth operation of the brand operating company and the three major platforms, this paper puts forward four safeguards, which support the new model from the policy, organization, capital, manpower and so on, and ensure the landing and realization of the new model. The operating mode of the clothing industry development proposed in this paper provides a new path for the transformation and upgrading of the clothing industry of Populus, and provides a new method and new thinking for the innovation of the future industrial development mode.
