【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是一種以創(chuàng)造力為核心的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),隨著世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多樣化的深入發(fā)展,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)模與質(zhì)量?jī)叭灰呀?jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)衡量自身綜合實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志,也逐漸成為引領(lǐng)世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。近年來(lái),歐美許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都制定了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,有力地推動(dòng)了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速崛起,我國(guó)的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新的增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè),也得到了快速發(fā)展,連續(xù)多年保持高位數(shù)的增長(zhǎng),伴隨著文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)的不斷增強(qiáng),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園作為產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的重要依托和載體,通過(guò)其內(nèi)部的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)者、文化企業(yè)、消費(fèi)者及其他機(jī)構(gòu)間的相互交流、互動(dòng)與互補(bǔ),激發(fā)了園區(qū)創(chuàng)新活力,也進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展。景德鎮(zhèn)作為一座擁有千年制瓷文化的城市,又是我國(guó)首批歷史文化名城,而如今,景德鎮(zhèn)又被列入了我國(guó)資源枯竭型城市,在這樣的一個(gè)背景下,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)發(fā)展是景德鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的必然選擇。首先,本文作者在深入實(shí)地調(diào)研并收集第一手資料后,運(yùn)用管理學(xué)中PEST分析方法并進(jìn)行拓展分析、SWOT分析方法,分別對(duì)景德鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的大環(huán)境以及景德鎮(zhèn)陶溪川國(guó)際陶瓷文化創(chuàng)意園進(jìn)行了深入的分析,了解和獲取景德鎮(zhèn)目前發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園面臨的大環(huán)境問(wèn)題和小細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題,隨后利用文獻(xiàn)分析法,研究國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展模式,汲取成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),并整理出相關(guān)理論建議與對(duì)策最后進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出一系列對(duì)策和建議:建議景德鎮(zhèn)政府參與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策體系的建立與完善;政府協(xié)同企業(yè)完善文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的招商體系和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園評(píng)價(jià)體系;文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的經(jīng)營(yíng)主體和園區(qū)文化企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)大力推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展;強(qiáng)化人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè);完善文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)體系,包括金融服務(wù)體系、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)以及公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)的建設(shè);文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園品牌的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展等。本文研究的結(jié)論不僅僅希望適用于景德鎮(zhèn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,同樣希望能夠向其他地區(qū)的政府或者文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cultural creative industry is a new industry with creativity as its core. With the development of multi-polarization of the world, economic globalization and cultural diversification, The scale and quality of the development of cultural and creative industries has become an important symbol of measuring their comprehensive strength in the world today, and has gradually become an important engine leading the economic development of all countries in the world. In recent years, many developed countries in Europe and America have formulated a national strategy for the development of cultural and creative industries, which has contributed to the rapid rise of cultural and creative industries. Also got the rapid development, maintained the high digit growth for many years in succession, accompanied by the cultural creative industry to our country economic contribution unceasingly enhancement, the cultural creative industry park as the industry agglomeration development important support and the carrier, Through the mutual communication, interaction and complementation among creative designers, cultural enterprises, consumers and other institutions, the innovative vitality of the park has been stimulated and the development of cultural and creative industry park has been further promoted. Jingdezhen, as a city with millennia porcelain culture, is the first historical and cultural city in China. Now Jingdezhen is listed as a resource-exhausted city in our country. The construction and development of cultural and creative industry park is the inevitable choice for Jingdezhen to carry out economic transformation and upgrade. First of all, after deeply investigating and collecting first-hand information, the author applies the PEST analysis method in management and develops the analysis method. The environment of Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industry Park and the Jingdezhen Tao Xichuan International Ceramic Cultural and Creative Park are analyzed. To understand and obtain the major environmental problems and small details of Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, and then to study the development model of the Cultural and Creative Industrial Park at home and abroad by using literature analysis, and to learn from the successful experience. Finally, the author summarizes the relevant theoretical suggestions and countermeasures, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions: the establishment and improvement of Jingdezhen government participating in the cultural industry policy system; The government should cooperate with the enterprises to perfect the investment inviting system and the evaluation system of the cultural and creative industry park, the main body of the cultural and creative industry park and the cultural enterprises of the park should vigorously promote the integration and development of the cultural and creative industries with other industries. Strengthen the construction of talent team, perfect the service system of cultural and creative industry, including financial service system, intellectual property protection and the construction of public service platform, and the strategic development of cultural and creative industry park brand. The conclusion of this paper is not only applicable to Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, but also can provide some experience to the government or enterprises in other regions.
