廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力研究

【摘要】:后金融危機時代下,全球貿(mào)易格局發(fā)生巨大變化,一定程度影響了發(fā)展中國家工業(yè)化進程,發(fā)展中國家鐘情貿(mào)易保護主義已悄然改變?yōu)榘l(fā)達國家鐘情貿(mào)易保護主義。產(chǎn)能過剩、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展停滯已經(jīng)成為了各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的普遍難題,尤其對于陶瓷、鋼鐵、紡織等傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)而言,處境更加艱難。中國的陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)出口情況也不容樂觀,對于出口龍頭大省廣東省而言更加如此。近十年來廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,廣東四大產(chǎn)區(qū)之佛山產(chǎn)區(qū)、肇慶產(chǎn)區(qū)、清遠產(chǎn)區(qū)、江門產(chǎn)區(qū)近年來都保持著全國10大產(chǎn)區(qū)前列地位,且每年都擁有全國瓷磚生產(chǎn)線總數(shù)的30%以上,即使在佛山陶瓷大部分外遷轉(zhuǎn)移背景下,廣東陶瓷的霸主地位依然無可撼動。廣東省的陶瓷生產(chǎn)及出口在全國乃至世界有著重量級地位,但面臨著內(nèi)憂外患,國際上歐美經(jīng)濟持續(xù)低迷連帶的反傾銷等貿(mào)易壁壘盛行現(xiàn)象制約了產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)品出口,國內(nèi)產(chǎn)能過剩及環(huán)境污染壓力迫使政府出臺各項產(chǎn)業(yè)政策及環(huán)保政策來引導(dǎo)陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)升級及轉(zhuǎn)移,這些都制約著廣東陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的發(fā)展。廣東陶瓷出口企業(yè)的發(fā)展到了一個關(guān)鍵點,產(chǎn)業(yè)若得不到及時調(diào)整,將面臨被市場淘汰的風險。怎樣增強廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力以及陶瓷產(chǎn)品的競爭優(yōu)勢成為值得探討的問題。通過對陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)概念及分類進行定義,從國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),闡述本文研究的理論及方法。概括廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及出口情況,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題,分析產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遭遇瓶頸的原因。用兩種研究方法即定性分析法和定量分析法平行分析廣東陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力,先利用波特的鉆石模型定性分析影響陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的六大要素,再構(gòu)建廣東陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的評價指標體系:利用學術(shù)界常用的探討傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)如鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)、紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究手段--出口競爭力的三大指數(shù)來分析廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)品出口的國際競爭力,從而對廣東陶瓷的出口市場占有率、比較凈出口指數(shù)以及比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)進行詳細的分析,以此深入了解廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)品近十年的國際競爭力實力與水平。最后結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)升級背景,探討通過陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、品牌聯(lián)盟、精確定位產(chǎn)品和市場、并購等途徑提高廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力。在國內(nèi)陶瓷產(chǎn)能過剩、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移背景下,挑選廣東省陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)來研究,有著極高的指導(dǎo)意義。通過對廣東陶瓷出口企業(yè)所處困境的研究分析,提出了適合我國陶瓷企業(yè)成功的管理模式。以專題研究的形式,初步得出廣東陶瓷企業(yè)實施成功戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的方案。可以給予國內(nèi)陶瓷企業(yè)一些實踐啟發(fā),識別并培育自身核心競爭力,幫助企業(yè)增強國際競爭力。
[Abstract]:In the post-financial crisis era, great changes have taken place in the global trade pattern, which to a certain extent has affected the industrialization process of developing countries. Overcapacity, economic stagnation has become a common problem in the process of economic development, especially for traditional industries such as ceramics, steel, textiles and so on, the situation is even more difficult. China's ceramic industry export situation is not optimistic, especially for Guangdong Province, a leading export province. In the past ten years, the ceramic industry in Guangdong Province has developed vigorously. The Foshan, Zhaoqing, Qingyuan and Jiangmen production areas in the four major production areas of Guangdong Province have been in the forefront of the 10 major production areas in the country in recent years. And every year has more than 30% of the total number of ceramic tile production lines, even under the background of most of Foshan ceramics transfer, Guangdong ceramic dominance is still unshakable. The production and export of ceramics in Guangdong Province have a heavy status in the whole country and even in the world, but they are faced with internal and external problems. The prevailing phenomenon of trade barriers, such as anti-dumping, which is associated with the sustained economic downturn in Europe and the United States, restricts the export of industrial products. The pressure of overcapacity and environmental pollution forces the government to introduce various industrial policies and environmental protection policies to guide the upgrading and transfer of the ceramic industry, which restricts the development of the international competitiveness of Guangdong ceramic industry. The development of Guangdong ceramic export enterprises has reached a key point, if the industry is not adjusted in time, it will face the risk of being eliminated by the market. How to enhance the international competitiveness of Guangdong ceramic industry and the competitive advantage of ceramic products is a problem worth discussing. Based on the definition of related concepts and classification of ceramic industry, this paper expounds the theory and method of this paper from the point of view of the present research situation at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the present situation and export situation of ceramics industry in Guangdong Province, puts forward the problems existing in the industry, and analyzes the reasons for the bottleneck encountered in the process of industrial development. Two kinds of research methods, namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, are used to analyze the international competitiveness of Guangdong ceramic industry in parallel. Firstly, the six major factors that affect the international competitiveness of ceramic industry are analyzed qualitatively by using Porter's diamond model. And then construct the evaluation index system of Guangdong ceramic industry competitiveness: using the traditional industries such as iron and steel industry commonly used in academia, The textile industry's research means-the three major indices of export competitiveness-are used to analyze the international competitiveness of Guangdong's ceramic exports, thus providing a market share of Guangdong ceramics exports. The comparative net export index and comparative advantage index are analyzed in detail in order to understand the international competitive strength and level of Guangdong ceramic products in the past ten years. Finally, combining with the background of industrial upgrading, this paper discusses how to improve the international competitiveness of ceramic products in Guangdong Province by means of ceramic industry upgrading, brand alliance, accurate positioning of products and markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Under the background of domestic ceramic overcapacity and industrial transfer, it is of great guiding significance to select Guangdong ceramic industry to study. Based on the research and analysis of the predicament of Guangdong ceramic export enterprises, a successful management model for China's ceramic enterprises is put forward. In the form of special research, the successful strategic planning scheme of Guangdong ceramic enterprises is preliminarily obtained. It can give domestic ceramic enterprises some practical inspiration, identify and cultivate their own core competitiveness, and help enterprises to strengthen international competitiveness.
