【摘要】：物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,物流需求層次不斷提高,對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)提出了更高的要求。然而目前我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后,主要表現(xiàn)在物流市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理、市場(chǎng)集中度不高、物流企業(yè)規(guī)模普遍較小等。基于此,本文在物流集成場(chǎng)理論的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化的模式及實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑進(jìn)行了探討分析。通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)研究成果的梳理與相關(guān)概念的界定,首先闡述了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化的概念及內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化是物流組織之間通過(guò)多種方式的協(xié)調(diào)與合作,合理配置相關(guān)資源,創(chuàng)新物流服務(wù)模式,不斷提升物流服務(wù)效率,優(yōu)化物流產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),使得物流活動(dòng)及物流組織從無(wú)序向有序運(yùn)作演變的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。在SCP范式的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化的內(nèi)因與外因。然后在集成場(chǎng)視角下探討了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化過(guò)程,分析了四種組織化模式:基于集成型物流企業(yè)的組織化模式、基于平臺(tái)集成體的組織化模式、基于兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的組織化模式、基于物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的組織化模式,詳細(xì)闡述了不同模式運(yùn)作的影響因素,并對(duì)四種組織化模式進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)與比較。最后分析了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化效應(yīng),并從政府、物流企業(yè)、制造企業(yè)三個(gè)層面闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展的路徑。希望本文能夠?yàn)槲锪鳟a(chǎn)業(yè)組織化的發(fā)展提供一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy. With the change of economic development mode, the level of logistics demand is rising constantly, which puts forward higher requirements for logistics industry.However, the organizational development of logistics industry in China is relatively lagging behind, mainly in the unreasonable structure of the logistics market, the low concentration of the market, the small scale of logistics enterprises and so on.Based on the theory of logistics integration field, this paper discusses the mode and realization path of logistics industry organization.Through combing the related research results and defining the related concepts, this paper first expounds the concept and connotation of logistics industry organization, and thinks that logistics industry organization is the coordination and cooperation between logistics organizations through various ways.Reasonable allocation of related resources, innovation of logistics service mode, continuous improvement of logistics service efficiency, optimization of logistics industry structure, making logistics activities and logistics organizations from disorder to orderly operation of the dynamic process.On the basis of SCP paradigm, this paper analyzes the present situation of logistics industry development, and expounds the internal and external causes of logistics industry organization.Then it discusses the organization process of logistics industry from the perspective of integration field, and analyzes four organizational models: organization mode based on integrated logistics enterprise, organization mode based on platform integration, organization mode based on two industries linkage.Based on the organization model of logistics enterprise alliance, the factors influencing the operation of different modes are expounded in detail, and the four organizational models are evaluated and compared.Finally, this paper analyzes the organization effect of logistics industry, and expounds the way to realize the organization development of logistics industry from three levels: government, logistics enterprise and manufacturing enterprise.I hope this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the development of logistics industry organization.
