本文選題：金融發(fā)展 + 高技術產業(yè)��； 參考：基于價值鏈視角下的空間計量研究

【摘要】：文章基于價值鏈視角,將創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)過程分為科技研發(fā)和經濟成果實現(xiàn)兩個前后相互關聯(lián)的子階段,然后對我國不同省市的高技術產業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效加以衡量。在此基礎上,結合技術創(chuàng)新的區(qū)域協(xié)同效應,引入空間計量的方法,研究金融發(fā)展對高技術產業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):科技研發(fā)成果的實現(xiàn)對經濟成果的實現(xiàn)有顯著的正向促進作用;金融發(fā)展對高技術產業(yè)科技成果的轉化具有提升作用;金融在科技創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)的基礎上對高技術產業(yè)經濟成果的實現(xiàn)也有正向促進作用。因此,金融發(fā)展能有效促進高技術產業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效,以此為基礎,總結出提升高技術產業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新績效的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of value chain, this paper divides the process of innovation realization into two interrelated sub-stages: scientific and technological research and development and economic achievement realization, and then measures the innovation performance of high-tech industries in different provinces and cities of China.On this basis, combining the regional synergistic effect of technological innovation, this paper introduces the method of spatial measurement to study the effect of financial development on the innovation performance of high-tech industry.It is found that the achievement of scientific and technological research and development has a significant positive effect on the realization of economic achievements, and financial development can promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in high-tech industries.On the basis of scientific and technological innovation, finance also has a positive effect on the realization of high-tech industry economic achievements.Therefore, the financial development can effectively promote the performance of high-tech industry innovation, on the basis of this, summed up the policy recommendations to improve the performance of high-tech industry technological innovation.
