我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展探究

【摘要】:隨著全球傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,世界各國紛紛高度重視推動智能制造和優(yōu)化新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展路徑,工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合了新興科技和新興產(chǎn)業(yè),有技術(shù)密集度高、人才密集度高、資本密集度高的特點,是衡量一個國家科技創(chuàng)新和高端制造業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一,是國際科技發(fā)展的重要方向,也是我國未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了萌芽發(fā)展-技術(shù)探索-新興產(chǎn)業(yè)再發(fā)展-國家戰(zhàn)略層面發(fā)展的歷程,實現(xiàn)了工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)質(zhì)的飛越,因此,探究工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)化路徑有利于推進我國生產(chǎn)力水平,有助于推動我國傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的加速發(fā)展。本文首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論進行總結(jié)梳理,借鑒美國、日本、德國、韓國的工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,闡述國內(nèi)外工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程、特點和趨勢,再分別從行業(yè)發(fā)展和企業(yè)發(fā)展兩個角度對我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)進行實證分析,先從產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新階段、市場推動和配套產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展三方面,選取科技專利、市場需求和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)量三個指標(biāo)對1990-2015年數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析,基于序列數(shù)據(jù)分析影響我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素,以此找出我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展的側(cè)重點和發(fā)展方向。再以103家上市企業(yè)2000-2015年面板數(shù)據(jù)探究研發(fā)投入、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)規(guī)模與企業(yè)績效水平的關(guān)系。通過分析得出結(jié)論:我國工業(yè)機器人的專利科技和工業(yè)機器人市場需求對我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響是較為顯著且長期的,配套產(chǎn)業(yè)中的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)量對工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的總產(chǎn)值影響不大。且研發(fā)投入、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)規(guī)模與企業(yè)凈利潤增長率存在顯著關(guān)系,在固定效應(yīng)模型下,研發(fā)投入、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率的相互關(guān)系也顯著。論文最后提出我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)化路徑的可行性建議,持續(xù)推進我國工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of global traditional industries and the vigorous development of emerging industries, countries all over the world attach great importance to promoting intelligent manufacturing and optimizing the development path of emerging industries.Characterized by high technological intensity, high talent intensity and high capital intensity, it is one of the important indicators to measure the level of scientific and technological innovation and high-end manufacturing industry in a country, and an important direction of international scientific and technological development.It is also one of the pillar industries of our country's future industrial development.China's industrial robot industry has experienced the process of sprout development, technology exploration, new industry re-development and national strategic level development.Exploring the optimal path of industrial robot industry development is conducive to promoting the level of productive forces in China and accelerating the development of traditional and emerging industries in China.Firstly, this paper summarizes and combs the theory of industrial development, draws lessons from the experience of industrial robot industry development in the United States, Japan, Germany and South Korea, and expounds the development course, characteristics and trends of industrial robot industry at home and abroad.Then from the two angles of industry development and enterprise development, the paper analyzes the industrial robot industry in China. Firstly, it selects scientific and technological patents from three aspects: industrial innovation stage, market promotion and supporting industry development.The market demand and the output of automobile industry are analyzed empirically from 1990 to 2015, and the main factors that influence the development of China's industrial robot industry are analyzed based on the sequence data.In order to find out the future development of China's industrial robot industry focus and development direction.Based on the panel data of 103 listed enterprises from 2000 to 2015, the relationship between R & D investment, equity structure, enterprise size and enterprise performance level is explored.It is concluded that the patent technology of industrial robot and the market demand of industrial robot have a significant and long-term impact on the development of industrial robot industry in China.The output of automobile industry in supporting industry has little effect on the gross output value of industrial robot industry.There is a significant relationship between R & D investment, equity structure, enterprise size and net profit growth rate. Under the fixed effect model, the relationship between R & D investment, equity structure and enterprise inventory turnover is also significant.Finally, the paper puts forward the feasible suggestion of optimizing the development path of the industrial robot industry in China, and continuously promotes the rapid development of the industrial robot industry in China.
